Penis Extender Question?

Hi, I am trying to get into PE exercise. I am trying to get X4 labs extender and I do not know what to get? Should I get the Premium edition or Gold luxury edition?

They just come with different things. They aren’t really different. Read what both sets come with and decide which you want more.

TG’s right. Save your money, buy a simple one, and see if you like it. Most people experiment with extenders, and end up creating their own attachments to make it work better or make it more comfortable.

I have 640 hours in on the x4. I have used one strap and the same foam pad the entire time, which is starting to disintegrate and is completely torn down the middle. The strap is starting to show some signs of wear, but I suspect it has at least another 600 hours in it. I purchased a basic kit and even that came with a few extra foam pads and straps.

Wearing an extender is uncomfortable, you will have to acclimate to the reality that your head will need to breath every 30 to 60 minutes.

The rewards begins to come when you realize that your penis just easily settles into maximum tension with your current setup. I am beginning to get to that point and am considering riding the next 600 hours out before adding any sections to my current setup. Just want to take it slow and solidify results before continuing to push limits.

Personally I am happy with the basic kit. I use the extender, one strap and a foam pad and don’t expect that to change for another 600 hours. Even then I won’t need to buy anything more than what already came with my initial purchase. That being a few additional rod segments, straps and foam pads.

Be careful of what you are buying and how you use it. I injured myself with an extender. Now I am struggling with recovery.

I would say from my experience -
Don’t over do it. Go slow, Don’t stretch, put too much tension too fast for too long.
Make sure overall health is good. Good nutrition and body have a good healing ability.
If you have any unrealized deficiencies, hidden deficiencies then the micro level cracks won’t heal properly and it will cost you erection quality.
A lot of Vit C, Amino Acids Lysin, Proline, and others for collagen, elastin and blood vessels are important. Zinc, copper, selenium, magnesium, manganese. Good lipids are required for a quick healing.

The Deluxe is, in mu opinion, the best option. You might want to consider the quad support. I used it to add a Velcro stran in addition to the standard strap.
