Hi. It has been a long time since I posted on this forum. I even forgot the password of my old account. I have been jelqing unsuccessfully before but now I’ve seen positive result before doing PE mine shrink to 5.75 from 6. I jelq for a few months then started hanging. Hanging made me gain .5 inch finally. So now, I can feel that I have stress my penis by hanging a bit. So I plan to take 3 days off just to make sure to take it easy. My routine is 4x20 5 days on and 2x20 on what could have been rest days. Does 3 days of rest ideal? Or do I need to rest more or less? How many days of not hanging to loose gains? Sorry for not posting in the hanging section. My account is new. I can only post it on a few section.

Sounds like based on your routine that you’re using a compression clamp hanger?
You’ll know if you’re overtraining if your EQ suffers, although that is a negative side effect from using a compression clamp hanger. Over training is easy to do. When I was training for optimal gains I would train three days on, one off, two on, one off. On off days I would work on erection quality. Meaning getting an erection between 75% - 100% and maintaining it for a minimum of 20 minutes.

My morning wood is still good. However, every set I rest for 5 mins with 20 jelqs and work on my EQ it is not great as it was which is how I figure out I need to back off a bit. And by the way I am doing V-hanging which is much better for I can feel the stretch more.
