Is there any way to focus growth on my penis head?

If so, what is it?

I am currently following a pumping routine for penis enlargement but I want a thick fat mushroom head lol

There are pump cylinders designed to do only the head. I have only seen them for sale, and I don’t know much beyond that.

I’m not an expert on this and not sure if this is going to work but maybe jelqing mid shaft and ends to where the circumcision scar starts or about and inch to the glans and do rotation but no hard squeeze. Or massaging/thumbing blood towards it. I’d be careful of putting any hard forces to the glans itself as there are many blood vessels to it that can really mess you up. When I pump, I can see the glans get some pressure too but I would avoid making the glans take a lot of pressure because those vessels can burst and it becomes an injury. Sorry that I can’t describe as to how much bigger I let it grow big. The whole point of pumping is to put force to the penis beyond it’s erection capacity but if I’d put this mathematically, if my penis naturally erect at 100% I make it 110%~130% I’m not trying to explode my dick…you know what I’m saying? So I watch the pump and the clock. If it hurts, I release some pressure.

I have a small vac pump I got from eBay where the glans cup is way larger than my glans. I stopped using it as a stretcher. Although now you mention it, I do like that it does expand just my glans. I think a few vac just on the head a few minutes a day might do the trick without the need of pulling the shaft. The supplied sleeve is impressively thick and can sustain a lot of seal. I like my glans size at the moment so I’m not too eager to make it any bigger. Here’s a link as an idea.

My math is so off. Even 110% seems too much expansion. But I hope you know what I mean. Expand to a point that it’s slightly uncomfortable but use common sense. Your trying to challenge yourself but not injure it.

I’ve been using silicone sleeves as a passive post-workout stretch. I started using a vacuum cup attachment as part of the setup to keep the sleeve from slipping forward when I’m moving around and to apply just a little tension between the slightly rigid sleeve and the cup. I’ve been using a cup that is slightly larger than my erect glans and pulling the vacuum on it until my glans is expanded to the edges of the cup.

I put a short, approximately 5cm sleeve on my shaft just up to the glans to prevent that part of the shaft from expanding (it’s the donut area) and then slip the vacuum cup and attached sleeve over that. Then I pull the vacuum until my glans is expanded to the edges. Then I wear it for as many hours as makes sense for my day, all the while with an expanded glans.

I can’t say if it will work permanently, as I’ve only just started doing this, but part of my motivation with pulling vacuum on the cap while using the passive extension setup I’d be using anyway is to see if having my glans vacuum-expanded for several hours a day results in any permanent glans enlargement.

I’m happy with the size of my glans but I wouldn’t mind it being larger, and I would like it to at least keep up with my other enlarging dimensions, so I figure its worth a try, especially since I’m wearing the sleeve anyway.
