I bought a new electronic pump this week, pump works very well The only problem is the seal for the cylinder base is so small there is no way my flaccid penis could fit the opening that is 2.5 cm need at least another 4 cm
If you can take a picture of the base of the pump and the seal, perhaps we can suggest a way to make it work. But unfortunately there are pumps on the market that are just not made for a serious penis enlargement program.

As you can see the aperture in the seal is very small the base 2.75
Is the seal material made of soft or hard material. Mine is soft rubber and it “stretches” easily allowing my dick to be pulled through as the vacuum is increased

The inside of the aperture has a slight collar on it so even though the seal stretches the hole in the opening would not be able to let my erect penis expand. IT would be like having a tight elastic band round my penis.
I bought the same seal. And I have the same issue :D .
Right now I’m trying to put a thick objects inside of it to make the rubber softer.
Using a deodorant bottle for 2-3 days already.
I will update you how it goes. [I will probably have to cut it at some point because I don’t think its gonna fit].
How is this not solved with lube?
If you could upgrade to a more professional LeLuv pump for around 80-90 bucks you wouldn’t even need a rubber seal. You would buy a cylinder with the correct diameter for your erect girth at the base. You would also get a pump with a gauge. If you want to go that direction I will get you a website.

One solution: Take off the seal.
I did that and it works. When I begin, the seal is against the pelvis (and it helps to be shaved). But as my dick expands, it creates its own seal around the bottom.
