Hi,
since yesterday I found another way on how to do jelqing. Instead of a smooth
motion from to base to the glans, I do the jelq in a pulsing motion. I don’t know if others members are doing it like this, and if it could be more productive than a normal jelq ?

Another Q : When unsircumsized, do you keep the foreskin over the glans when starting a jelq stroke, or should the glans be visible ?

Last Q : Is it normal, for a day after a serious PE workout, that I can’t stretch as
long as I could normally, and my erect length is shorter, could that be from the
PE workout the day before ?

I think you should be careful doing a pulsing jelq stroke. If you are going slowly, I think the risk should be minimal. However, if you stop and go too quickly you are going to be risking injury.


Starting size: 7"x5.25" bp

Current size: 7.25"x5.875" bp

Goal size: 8.75"x6" bp

Not necessarily counterproductive, probably just a case of overdoing it.

Try to end each session which an erection. If you cant, then youve overdone it a little.

Oh! Now I see, I’ve never been able to get an erection after a PE workout, sometimes not even for days after doing PE. (only doing 100 jelqs)
Also, kegeling doesn’t seem to have any effect after doing the exercises, my willie
only hangs there looking down, and a few minutes later, it goes turtles .

If you are doing only 100 jelqs then you must be using FAR too much pressure in your grip (whilst jelqing) You only need to apply enough pressure to move the blood and expand the penis slightly.

I dont quite understand what you are saying about kegels though, sorry.

I don’t think it is counterproductive, you just may be trying to run before you walk- at least that’s what I get from reading your other thread.

You may be that guy that needs to start out a little slower, cutting volume and intensity in half or so, try to be the tortoise and not the hare? Start out with the simplest Noob program and stick with it as outlined; don’t try to max out on intensity in either the Jelqs or the Stretches. Slow down on your volume jumps- perhaps even cutting the recommended Noob numbers until your wang gets into condition.

You’re 33, so the urge to make up for the perception of lost time may be tripping you up- I know that it did me. Now I haven’t had a proper Jelq session in weeks, and I really miss it [I actually like the feeling of dry Jelqing]. I have to fight the temptation to Pump or Hang until I heal properly- all because of not-so-youthful exuberance.

I really strongly suggest that you don’t get frustrated with your progress after a relatively short time- after all, you have a life-time commitment to your wee-wee.

Make haste slowly! I can’t promise you gains if you do PE [although I’d lay odds that you will], but I can guarantee that you won’t gain dick if you don’t.

For me, I leave the foreskin as it is. Then just jelq from the base up to the glans.

Why can’t you stretch as long as you can? Your both arms are tired? Or your penis can’t take no more stretch?
Sometime erect length can be varied : quality of erection, maybe?

7 x 6 EG is perfect!

Routine : Manual-V-Inverted V-JAI-BTC stretches (alot of stretches :D ). Wet Jelq, Pumping (once a week to maintain my girth)
