Permanent gains

When you start this program if you do decide to stop will you shrink right down to your natural size are there any permanent gains from doing PE?

You have to cement the gains in once your satisfied. I cant link anything because I’m not smart so maybe another member will help point you in the right direction. :)

From my newbie knowledge, yes to a degree. You have to cement gains. But honestly this theory goes for about anything in life. Here’s what I mean

Bodybuilders need to sustain their body after they reached their goal

Musicians need to practice or they will get sloppy (I know this one lol )

If you want to keep everything you learned in college you need to what?.

If your a martial artist you need to constantly practice to stay loose and limber (again something I learned the hard way)

I could go on but I hope you understand what I mean. Just remember that if you do hit your goals that all you need to do are maintenance routines . Hopefully a more experienced member can go into more details

The human body is great at adjusting to stress (body building, learning, training for jobs, penis exercises lol , etc etc) but remember that as soon as that stress is taken away the body doesn’t focus on it anymore (what do you think happens when you get sick) Simply because it’s on less thing your body needs to worry about.

Just know this and use it to your advantage not disadvantage. Remember there are 365 days out of a year and after those days are up your going to wonder what COULD have happened. I know I do hahaha

Handled with care, (for some all, for some most) gains are permanent.

Musician and martial arts? Dude isnt that something that doesnt mix? What if you brake your hand when training? How will you earn money?


Current: BPEL - 6.69 inch - EG - 5.2 inch

Goal 7.5 x 5.5

Futrue goal (in 6 years) 8x6 yipee

You will need some degree of keeping it going,

If you body build and stop you go loose and flabby

If you take up a sport and then don’t do it you go rusty and aren’t as good

Once I get my gains will probably only do it twice a week maintenance work

I believe there are many variables involved in this question ranging from genetics, body type, time spent pe-ing, etc.

I`m quite confident that no matter how much you gain, if you completely cut off you will lose at least a slight amount.

Consider the difference between a newbie who gained 1/4-1/2” in one month and stops cold turkey, and a guy who has been doing dedicated PE for several years and have gained 2” in length.

If the newbie quits cold turkey, he will most likely lose everything.

If the dedicated guy quits he will probabably lose some of his gains, but I believe it is highly unlikely that he will lose everything he gained.

Be warned, PE will take a lot of your time in the years to come if you choose to go down that path, but it may also be very rewarding. For all the suffering and wasted time PE has put me through, I am very grateful that I found it.

Personally, 17,0 cm BPEL seems to be my cemented length now. If I had quit PE now, I know that I would go back to 17,0 cm BPEL (from 18,0 cm BPEL). I do however not believe I would go below 16,0 cm BPEL which was my first properly measured length. I probably started lower.

Open a penis gym right next to every fitness gym in america .. Damn a place where gay men and women can pick up studs hahaha .

I think Renholder has it right. People are different and it depends how much time you have spend and what type of gains you have made. I PE’ed for about 6 months with .75” length / .375” girth gains from it. Gains came in 4-5 months and then maintenance after that. I’ve been “off” for three months with only light stretching and the occational 30 jelqs in the shower. I have lots absolutely nothing and believe it will stay that way.
