Permanent girth gains?

OK, I would like to hear from any member who believes he achieved permanent girth gains. If possible, I would like you to answer the following questions:

*How exactly did you get these gains?

*How much did you gain MSEG, in inches?

*Have you taken extended periods of time off from girth work or retire from girth work completely? How long of a time did you take off? Did you lose gains? If so, how much did you lose (MSEG by inches)?

I have gained over half an inch in girth. I did it through jelqing and squeezing. Since then I have taken years off at a time and haven’t lost any.

That’s some nice work. I’m pretty much starting with what you had. Looking to grow about a half inch.

Also waging my war kn my fat pad!

I gained an inch base girth and maybe slightly more mid shaft and never did any direct girth work, other than some clamping two years ago which I dropped because it killed my EQ.
