Picking an extender for very thin uncircumcised penis?

Hi y’all longtime lurker and semi newbie looking for some advice regarding extenders. I have used the search bar and found some very good material on extenders, but I was wondering if anyone would be able to give me very specific advice on what model extender would be the best for a very thin uncircumcised penis ? And also what would be the necessary accessories to strap in comfortably? I saw the thread on the Vac extender and that looks quite promising, but can it give the same gains as a noose or strap style ? Has anyone had good success with the Vac extender ?
I am really concerned in preventing slippage, but also not cutting off circulation or getting blisters. I have done the newbie routine and have definitely noticed an improvement in EQ, but I want to try to step it up a bit and get some solid length gains around a half inch. I am not squeamish by any means and would be more than willing to buy a used extender from one of you guys that would meet my needs (Worked in a hospital and know things can be disinfected). Additionally I have a bathmate Hercules that’d I’d be willing to sale for super cheap like $40 ? (Friend was afraid of exploding his dick so he gave it to me lol).

Vac Extender heads take some getting used to. I couldn’t get it to work but Monkeybar over at autoextender.com sells what I think the industry leader is as far as that. Gains for different attachment types in short don’t exist. It is time and force applied. The type of attachment does not change the forces used. It’s strictly preference and comfort that decides which you need.

DTwarren has had good success with a vac extender setup if I recall correctly.

I found vac attachments impossible to use due to being uncircumcised. Noose is what I use, takes a bit of practice but works great.

What model extender did you have and what accessories or tricks did you use to make it comfortable ?
