I’ve been doing PE consistently over just over a year and a half, started at about 4’75 in length and today I’m at 5’5 and my goal is to get to 6’5 at least in length, and 4’5 in girth, most of my gains happened last year, I was gaining every month, from September 17 on wards I’ve been stuck at 5’5.

When I was gaining predominantly I was only doing either manual exercises and jelqing or using sizegentics at one time, issues started around September 17 when I started in cooperating Manuel exercises and sizegentics and I tried clamping at the same time, it didn’t seem like doing more was helping and it showed as I had problems with my EQ and overall health wasn’t great!! So l decided to down scale and go back to doing Manuel exercises, rest days, then sizegentics, at this point I’d also stopped girth exercises to focus on length, and decided I would revisit girth when I have the length I want or close to anyway.

I have taken breaks from time to time ranging from one to two weeks at a time when I haven’t been able to Do PE.

A month ago I increased the traction arms on my sizegentics for the first time and I’m getting a great stretch!! I measured today a month later and I’m still at 5’5. My question is at this point do I continue with the sizegentics with this new increased traction to see if I get gains with a another month of consistent use or should I start looking at other options? At the beginning of the year I had goals to at least be half way between 5’5 and 6’ by this time of the year so I feel a bit disappointed as I feel I’m close to my short term goal of 6’ but not making progress like I was this time last year. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Take a 3 month break and do whatever you did to gain the first time.Read the IPR method.

Obviously ideally I would’ve liked to continue working at it but I understand it may be necessary to get the gains I want. It’s easy to associate a break with not achieving your goals but it makes sense that it may be necessary.

During a break do you literally go cold turkey and not do anything PE related?

I suggest you go cold turkey you might lose some gains, but you gain them back. The day you start again after the 90 days do the exact same routine that got you your gains and amp everything else up for that month, for example increase caloric intake with good food like extra protein, try to eat in a 12 hour time window no more after that. Take collagen and any other supplement you think might help, more sleep, HIIT, don’t masturbate or watch porn, take cold showers try to let your testicles be at the best temperature so sleep without pants and try to sit as little as possible.Look up a diet that increases testosterone and avoid things that decrease it.Its a lot but only for a month do I think you need all this, no but it feels good knowing your doing everything you can for that extra mm and its good for your overall wellbeing.Honestly you could just do the routine and that would be enough but why not take that time to improve everything else.Just a thought and my theory.

Thank you for that!! Appreciate it again!! Definitely willing to do what it takes as I feel I’m not far from my goals so I’m quite positive!! I feel even though I wasn’t gaining much over the last couple of months my EQ has been better, my dick looks better flaccid and hard, so will see how things go!! And if it means also getting a great body at the end of it that’s also a bonus!

At the moment I’m doing PE almost one day on one day off, and using only sizegentics for on average 3 hours per day, max 4 hours. Using one device with no other exercise with a one day on one day off rest period is how I got my initial gains (I was gaining month on month) when I tried adding stretches, pumping, clamping and jelqing (not all at the same time) that’s when I had a few problems and pretty much stopped gaining, from my experience doing less exercises has been most effective for me. I owe most of my gains to the sizegentics. As mentioned I only just changed the traction bars on this less than a month ago and wondering if I haven’t given this enough time to see the results of this before going back to the drawing board!! I guess a little frustration and impatience is playing a part here!! And it is all trial and error!

Hi,

Consider using either a brief heavy hanging or girth exercise prior to long ADS/extender sessions to help break down the tissues and make the sessions more beneficial and add heat after any workout to boost inflammation and speed the repair process. Its the reason why many extender companies pack jelqing routine instructions with their products.. Helps the odds of success. Thanks.

Hello I think I am going with a much easier route and that is using vachanger3 I been doing it for a month and seeing small gain already ! No injuries yet but sometimes just blue penis head. I hang for about 1 hour a day without break and with 2.5 pounds
