Finally Hit A Plateau

Finally Hit A Plateau

So, after 5 months of PE and only manuals, I’ve hit a plateau. Seems my newbie gains although, more than most have been exhausted. I went from 4.75” MEG and 6.5” BPEL to just shy of 5.25” MEG with a full on roaring erection and about 7.15-7.2 at the same. Typical is a hair above 5” MEG and just above 7” BPEL.

It has felt incredible the whole time I was gaining. But the plateau has me in a funk. My hands get tired much faster so it doesn’t feel like I have the endurance in a routine like I did. Some of you may remember I did 1.5-2 hour routines at times. Now about 45 minutes is all I have and my hands feel tired. I blame this on increased grip strength. I’m now worried about applying too much pressure.

I’m going to invest in a pump and hanger next month. Trying to hit the 5.5” MEG and 7.5 BPEL. I’ve also started going to the gym to get in shape and decrease my fat pad. So the 7.5” BPEL should be easily achievable in the next month.

However, how has everyone surpassed plateaus without equipment and tools? Did you just keep with your manual routine? I know PE is typically a marathon, not a race. So I’m not trying to rush anything. I’ve been very diligent and had no injuries and don’t want to increase my risk too much. So I’d begin a pump and hanging routine slowly as I’ve done with PE for the last 5 months. But I’m just curious if you incorporated any new manual routine in to pass the dreaded plateau.

Starting 10/09/17: BPEL 7” & MSEG 4.75”

Current 12/18/17: 7 1/2" BPEL & 5" MSEG

Goal: BPEL 9” & MSEG 6”

Ain’t a manual routine guaranteed to fix your plateau just like there ain’t a device guaranteed to.

Bundled stretches are an old school plateau breaker.

But, you may want to take a deconditioning break. Plateaus are usually more breakable when they have no momentum. Right now, having fresh hit it…trying to break it will be harder than waiting for the penis to become less tough then attack again.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Im kind of in a similar boat. I started at just around 6.125” bpel and like 4.9” mseg. That was nov 1st of last year. Since then with some manuals but mainly pumping i am at 6.75” bpel and 5.11” mseg. However life sucks right now as im going through a bad break up and my work life also is not great. Stress is through the roof and im struggling to find both the motivation for PE and the energy. I read about not doing PE while under stress but frankly i dont see my stress levels going down for the next few years at least and specially now being single again i feel like now is when i most need PE. So i think im going to try hanging to both entertain me and also to try and break through any stress related plateau.

It is bad math. You do not want to bet your current mood and future mood on success in PE. That is how depression starts and injuries come about. PE is barely rewarding enough when we are in the right mindset and have all the knowledge we need. It is not rewarding when we have the wrong mindset and lack the knowledge that would make it totally productive.

I agree with TG, perhaps a decon break even if it’s just two weeks and then come back.

My thoughts would be change. Change your manuals up man. Incorporate some new stretches, maybe focus more on heat. Maybe change your order of exercises or stretches.
I hit a slight plateau and changed my stretch routine from the typical 5 point basic stretches of like 25 min total time to completely changing it up and doing strictly JAI stretches. I do them all day everytime I piss and about 5 nights a week I do a 15 min JAI routine. After one month I will see how things are looking. So far my flaccid has gotten better a bit so we shall see.

I was wondering where you’ve been, be resilient my man.

Its very normal to get plateau periods after a few months of gains.

I’m not a big believer in breaks but what also works is to just scale down your intensity a bit and focus on doing training you ENJOY. Just accept that you might not get gains for a month of two and enjoy your new size while your body gets used to it (cemented etc).

Some light training can be a welcome relief, and it’s definitely better than the frustration of pushing really hard while your body says “Nope! I’m done with gains for now!”
Generally once you start to enjoy training again with no pressure to measure etc, your gains will start again and you find the intensity increasing likewise.

It isn’t your penis which’s plateauing but your learning of PE. That’s where we hit plateaus. They aren’t part of PE itself but part of learning how to PE. I hit a few plateaus since I started and overcame them without having to increase the stretch force and duration. It was a matter of recovery management (physical AND mental), subtle changes in the method (grip, angle..). Right now I’m plateauing just like during spring last year. My organism is tired by the lack of sun, the pollen, it’s hard to recover. Last year I chose to rest for a few months. This one I decided to just practice secondary stretches and reduce the intensity until I hit summer.

Hey everyone ,

I’m new to this awesome forum,

Just wanted to get some help from more experienced users ,

I see alot of words like BPEL and stuff like those ,

Where can I find an explanation about those words ,

Tried to search them but didn’t get any results that would help me understand what they mean

Thank you in advance :) )

PE rules!!!

Sept ‘17: 5-3/4” BPEL X 4-1/8” MSEG

Now: 6-1/2” BPEL X 4-5/8” MSEG

Yeah I’m in the same boat. Started almost two years ago. Just crossed the 1.5in mark and heading for the two inch club. broken two plateaus by switching up my routine but this one is just really slow and demotivating. It’s not a plateau but the gains are too slow. Don’t have enough privacy to buy devices and use them.

Start Jul 2016 - 4.5 BPEL x 4.25 MSEG.

Peak - 6.6 BPEL x 5.13 MSEG

I’ll change it up, I was doing bundled stretches a lot. But, where I could rotate 720° for a good stretch turned into 360° due to erection quality increasing, or so I thought. Maybe like some of you said, I’ve built up some resistance and need to decon. I’ll finish my workout this week and begin a 3 week no fap, no workout, decon period. I’ll pick it back up the middle of April when I start to use the tools I’m going to purchase.

Thanks a lot guys, I’ll definitely keep everyone posted. Like I said, I know it isn’t a race. However, I guess I got used to a consistent gain. I measured every 3 weeks or so, and I guess when you consistently see gains of some kind every measurement, then for a month and a half you don’t see anything, it kind of puts you in a “PE Funk” for better lack of terminology.
