Finally Hit A Plateau
So, after 5 months of PE and only manuals, I’ve hit a plateau. Seems my newbie gains although, more than most have been exhausted. I went from 4.75” MEG and 6.5” BPEL to just shy of 5.25” MEG with a full on roaring erection and about 7.15-7.2 at the same. Typical is a hair above 5” MEG and just above 7” BPEL.
It has felt incredible the whole time I was gaining. But the plateau has me in a funk. My hands get tired much faster so it doesn’t feel like I have the endurance in a routine like I did. Some of you may remember I did 1.5-2 hour routines at times. Now about 45 minutes is all I have and my hands feel tired. I blame this on increased grip strength. I’m now worried about applying too much pressure.
I’m going to invest in a pump and hanger next month. Trying to hit the 5.5” MEG and 7.5 BPEL. I’ve also started going to the gym to get in shape and decrease my fat pad. So the 7.5” BPEL should be easily achievable in the next month.
However, how has everyone surpassed plateaus without equipment and tools? Did you just keep with your manual routine? I know PE is typically a marathon, not a race. So I’m not trying to rush anything. I’ve been very diligent and had no injuries and don’t want to increase my risk too much. So I’d begin a pump and hanging routine slowly as I’ve done with PE for the last 5 months. But I’m just curious if you incorporated any new manual routine in to pass the dreaded plateau.
