Plateau - Help

After 6 months of an intensive stretching-only routine, I went from 6.5 BPEL to 7.3 BPEL. Girth also went up.

I’m now 10 months in and there has been no increase in the last 4 months. I’ve tried increasing stretching time, taking short (1 week) and longer (3 week) decon breaks. I also constantly use heat, and heat my unit for longer than the recommended time before and after the session.

How do you all break through a plateau?

I’m thinking of starting jelqing (which I hadn’t done before). I’d still like remain focused primarily on length, but girth gains are surely welcome. How can I incorporate jelqing to also place emphasis on length and would this be a good way to go about it.

I don’t use devices at all.


Starting Stats - BPEL 6.5", MEG 5.2"

[Accomplished] Short-Term Goal - BPEL 7.5", MEG 5.2"

Final Goal - BPEL 8", MEG 5.5"

You can test with the following methods:

1. Measure your bpfsl, then conduct routine PE, and then conduct measurement again.

2. If your strain is less than 1%, it means that the internal resistance of your penis is still strong, and you need to rest for about 2-8 weeks.

3. If your strain is greater than 1%, or even greater than 2%. It means that your penis is ready to continue to grow. You just need to increase the stretching force. For example, you used to use 1kg, but now it has increased to 1.5kg.

Of course, you can join jelq if you want. It depends on the status of your dick that day.

Jelqing is a primary PE exercise. So, yeah rounding out your routine with jelqing and maybe girth focused work a bit later should help.

The body is pretty good at building up resistance to stress, so you have to modify the direction of the stress to keep going. It’s better to do that from the start but you are where you are.
