Need Help... Hit a Plateau

Hey guys, I have been stuck at the same size for over a year now. I am not sure what the problem is!

BP: 7.5”
EG: 5.25”

HELP!

My routine is lig (BTC) stretching, and squeezes with a cock ring on.

What do you guys recommend?

Dont have all that much time each day.

Could it be your LOT? If your hanging BTC so much the only thing other than not hanging long enough, or enough weight, would be your LOT. Are you shying away from heavy weight and moving up cause of a low pain threshold? Just ideas here.

I am not hanging AT ALL. I dont own a hanger, etc. etc. Tried a few, EXTREME skin discomfort. Dont really have extended times to hang. Have about 30-45 minutes each morning.

Anyway, my LOT is around 11-12:00. I only get a tugback from when my penis head is practically touching my belly button. Very very high LOT, thats why I have been doing a lot of BTC (between the cheeks) stretches, standing.

My stretches are around 30 seconds and my squeezes around a minute.

Sorry. I read wrong. I assumed BTC meant you were hanging. My mistake. Your length of time is a killer though. Not easy filling that half hour plus for you. With such a high LOT gains should just explode out for you. Perhaps some type of stretching done with an ADS would help? What type of hanger did you use to use? It looks like your stretching without enough force or as efficiently as possible.

Hang heavy BTC with 2 fifteen minute sessions in the morning and the same at night.

MAKE THE TIME.

Wrap tightly but not too tight. Wrap closer to the base like at midshaft if your skin close to the head is still too sensitive after the tight wrap.
You can even unwrap after the first 15-min. set to replenish blood flow before the next set.

First of all what kind of hanger do you guys recommend? And what about girth gains anything you guys recommend?

Hanging BTC is between the cheeks, right?

The only hanger that I have I can only hang 5 lbs. Thats why its better for me to do intense stretches.

And I cant make the time. Full time school, full time work, etc. etc.

What, and how do you perform, A-stretches?

OK, now that everyone has spoken, let me ask a few questions. Do you live alone? If not what is your expectation of some privacy? Since your going to school, what are you studying? Do you have to do a lot of reading/homework for these classes?

The only reason I asked was I cared to know how much you could afford time and effort wise in actually hanging. If you have to do tons of reading, hanging allows you to multi task actually get two or more things done at once. That is the shit! If your alone hanging is so easy. If you are married, engaged, or have a live in you have to rethink a bit.

I say rethink hanging, sure it hurts but it allows you to double some time up and make better use of it. Suck it up and evaluate whether you want to sacrifice something.

It truly is a question of priorities in your life. Many of us have to juggle fulltime professions, taking and picking up the kids from school and numerous extracurricular activities, taking care of elderly parents or grandparents, social obligations, and numerous other activities.

If you want a bigger dick, there is no shortcut. You have to work for it and make the time to incorporate it regularly into your routine. Now, ask yourself how many times do you have some private time during the day or night when you are relaxing, watching tv, fooling around on the guitar, or reading a magazine? Choose a variety of techniques (all provided on this Forum) that work into your lifestyle and privacy opportunities and just COMMIT.

If you have a lot between 11-12 you should lower your stretching too hit the ligs. High LOT indicates that you have short, high, and strong ligs and more innerpenis than others with low LOT. Do stretching below 9 and to each side ( stretch under legs, and parallel ), combined with stretching straight to the floor. Work very intense with reverse kegals when you do your stretching. I always end my stretching with a combination of dry jelqing and light stretching at the same time.

I have a question for my own interest. Do you have straight, U-curve or n-curved penis?
