Hello, I’m obviously new to this forum and I have a question that I couldn’t find an answer to it, I’m only interested in stretching exercises, I don’t want to do jelqing or warm up .etc, did anyone tried it before? What is your routine? And what is your gains?

If you’re not going to warm up. Forget about PE.

Okay, I will do warmup if I have to, but the main thing is that I’m only interested in stretching and not jelqing, and by the way from my experience I did jelqing for one month, 5 days a week for almost 8 years ago and I gained 1 cm and the gain are still existing
