Questions About Stretching
Hello all,
So I have been back at it for going on three weeks now and after reading some of the other forums, especially Bib’s History, I have a few questions.
Currently, I have been using a mix of stretching and jelqing, except for the past few days. The last few days I have been mostly stretching. After reading Bib’s History and his reference to the rubber band analogy it struck a cord. I am preparing to start hanging, to achieve my length goals. So the questions.
Has anyone went from stretching and jelqing to solely stretching to prepare for hanging? What was the outcome from no longer jelqing?
Has anyone focused primarily on their length goals first then went to the girth exercises? What was the outcome on your overall girth during the primary length stage?
Would the best stretches to achieve the over all length goals be the between the cheeks and under the leg stretches? I know that in Bib’s History he said that he primarily hung at the BTC angle.
Also I am having difficulty getting a good hold at the suggested 1- 1 1/2”behind the glans. I have been having to grab my glans to perform BTC and UTL angles of stretching. Could/ will this cause injury?
Any advice on getting a better grip at the suggested stretching area?
It seems like the skin, even after I pull it back towards the base only seems to want to pull forward over my glans and I do not feel the stretch when that happens.
Currently, I have been doing an around the world stretch sequence where I start the set pulling straight up towards the belly button, then over my left leg, below left leg, straight down, under right leg, over the right leg, then a new set starts. My stretch time is 45 secs in each position with a 15 second break between position. I continue this sequence for 30 minutes, and end the stretch based on time not necessarily set count.
From here, next week I will focus on straight out and straight down kegel stretches.
I am waiting for my hanger to arrive and want to prepare for the increased stresses caused by the static weight.
Could focusing on my length goals first hinder my girth goals after? In Bib post it would seem like doing girth exercises can actually negatively affect length goals and I would love to reach my length goals before my girth goals.
One thing that I seem to find everywhere is that everyone is different. I did a pull test after reading an article, I cannot remember by who, which asked if you could feel a “steel rod” running down the length of your penis when stretching it out and how that could limit and hinder length gains. Because of the skin limitation that I have faced, when I did the pull test I used my glans and did not feel any sort of “steel rod.”
Has anyone that also does not feel the steel rod gain length easily? I know that for my goals of 8”x6” NBPEL and my starting at 6” NBPEL is going to take some time. I am in this for the marathon I am not trying to make it a sprint. Last thing I want is a willy that doesn’t work.
