Hello all,

So I have been back at it for going on three weeks now and after reading some of the other forums, especially Bib’s History, I have a few questions.

Currently, I have been using a mix of stretching and jelqing, except for the past few days. The last few days I have been mostly stretching. After reading Bib’s History and his reference to the rubber band analogy it struck a cord. I am preparing to start hanging, to achieve my length goals. So the questions.

Has anyone went from stretching and jelqing to solely stretching to prepare for hanging? What was the outcome from no longer jelqing?

Has anyone focused primarily on their length goals first then went to the girth exercises? What was the outcome on your overall girth during the primary length stage?

Would the best stretches to achieve the over all length goals be the between the cheeks and under the leg stretches? I know that in Bib’s History he said that he primarily hung at the BTC angle.

Also I am having difficulty getting a good hold at the suggested 1- 1 1/2”behind the glans. I have been having to grab my glans to perform BTC and UTL angles of stretching. Could/ will this cause injury?

Any advice on getting a better grip at the suggested stretching area?

It seems like the skin, even after I pull it back towards the base only seems to want to pull forward over my glans and I do not feel the stretch when that happens.

Currently, I have been doing an around the world stretch sequence where I start the set pulling straight up towards the belly button, then over my left leg, below left leg, straight down, under right leg, over the right leg, then a new set starts. My stretch time is 45 secs in each position with a 15 second break between position. I continue this sequence for 30 minutes, and end the stretch based on time not necessarily set count.

From here, next week I will focus on straight out and straight down kegel stretches.

I am waiting for my hanger to arrive and want to prepare for the increased stresses caused by the static weight.

Could focusing on my length goals first hinder my girth goals after? In Bib post it would seem like doing girth exercises can actually negatively affect length goals and I would love to reach my length goals before my girth goals.

One thing that I seem to find everywhere is that everyone is different. I did a pull test after reading an article, I cannot remember by who, which asked if you could feel a “steel rod” running down the length of your penis when stretching it out and how that could limit and hinder length gains. Because of the skin limitation that I have faced, when I did the pull test I used my glans and did not feel any sort of “steel rod.”

Has anyone that also does not feel the steel rod gain length easily? I know that for my goals of 8”x6” NBPEL and my starting at 6” NBPEL is going to take some time. I am in this for the marathon I am not trying to make it a sprint. Last thing I want is a willy that doesn’t work.

A lot of questions there, and I don’t think I can answer them all. I only do manual stretching + jelqing. I do agree with the spirit of that BTC/hang type of procedure because I feel that, in order to achieve better flaccid hang, I need to “break” that strong ligament area at the base of the penis (top). This is the area that gets snipped when surgery is done (that’s all I’ll say about that, though). Since I want more of a straight-down hang, I want to loosen up that area.

Haha. I’m wincing at the term ‘break’.

With stretching I feel it is important to find a technique you are comfortable with and allows you to hold the stretch for a decent number of seconds. I don’t know hanging as I’ve not done it, just stretches, jelqs and edging to date.

There is a lot of give in my ligs but it happened over a fair length of time. 3 weeks is still a short amount of time so don’t rush!

No Rush

I am really not trying to rush I just want to get the most effective workouts that I can. I know that three weeks is real short term, but I have already noticed an 1/8 in gain in length, with just focusing on stretching.

Okay, so here is the next question. Is there a jelq that I can perform that will also focus on length?

Like I said before I am focusing on length so that I can then go back a fill out my member with the girth I want. I know that there will be some possible trade off between length and girth when that time comes. Probably a couple years down the line. I just want to go ahead and have the best knowledge upfront so that I am not walking blind, as it were. My goal is to get to 8/8.5 NBPEL so I have some more weight loss and length gains to help accomplish that. My fat pad right now is about 1 inch, so it really “hides” a fair amount of length. Hopefully I can get to a 1/4” fat pad so that I can really “show off.”

My flaccid length has dramatically increased of the last few weeks. Far from the shriveled turtle I had only a few months ago, combination of obese body weight and no PE. It now feels like my willy is trying to play ping pong with my boys while I walk around at work and at home.
Needless to say it is a good feeling.

My PI seem to be in good order, though I am experiencing an increase in EQ I do not feel like I am at a 100% EQ just yet, more like a 75-80% at best. I figure this may be due to the weight I still have, and the newness of the PE regimen that I have just started. Before now I was lucky to get a solid 60% EQ.

I’ll know when I head 100% when my glans have fully filled out and I am throbbing.

Any tips and advise any of you have would be appreciated!

Somehow I came back and it had the same post that I had already written, so I edited it to this message, sorry about that guys.

Low erection jelqing can help with length. Like an erection of 30 to 40 per cent. Give it a try, I think you’ll like the results.

Thanks for the tip. I have tried jelqing in the past but at a higher erection level than that. So is the rule of thumb the higher the erection level the most it goes from length training to girth training?

I could say my experience, but we all have different bodies and as you said bellow you have a obese body. I have facility to gain girth and difficulty to gain length, it is just genetics, I have a low LOT so it means I have no possible gains through low angles on hanging, that means no ligament gains. We all have different bodies, you just need to do what you gotta do and stop thinking this is some kind of product that you expect to have any result.

This is about hanging, not stretching. Grip just behind your glans.

That is the way the tissue of the foreskin is supposed to do.

Looks like you want a sprint, you want to do it all once. Nobody can blame you, everybody wants the results, you if there is one thing you can expect is nothing. Reading this post of yours I could feel your anxiety, it is normal as you said bellow you are over weight and this is expected. Just do it, expect nothing, just read the maximum you can.

Psycho_steven, my general statement to any newbie is to take your time and read up. (It’s what I did)

There are lots of helpful and considered people on this forum. Read up on their posts and threads. Don Logan, Seneca and c3ifador are good examples.

Lastly, most people are probably reading and typing on a phone. Please think about how much you write in a post.

There’s a lot of love out there - so keep posting - you just have to ask for it in the right way.

Hi guys i recently started PE again (may2018).
This time i believe i took a better approach on manual stretching and jelqing. My routine is fairly simple and following advice from all the threads that ive read. Here it is:

2 days on 1 day off routine (sometimes 3 days on)

20 min manual stretching lower middle and upper angles. 90 seconds each with some 15 sec rest between using firegoat’s penis roll to restore some blood to glans.
I Believe Stretch and Hold is the KEY.

After that: 15 minutes of pretty tight jelquing using mainly thumb finger and pointer finger of both hands on the sides of my cock. When i feel my erection is too low I do some ok grips (just a couple) to pump more blood, then go back to C grip.

After the workout i wrap my dick, head to work wrapped and stay with good stretch all day ( bye bye turtle). I love yo wrap so much that i do it almost every day. Ive catched Some lady coworkers staring at my dick from time to time, hahahaha.
I come home from work, take it off and head to gym. Try to wash my 15 wraps at least once a month.

At nights when i have time and the kids are not all over i try to put on my extender, mine is cheap brand but ive felt that its done some impact. At least 2 hours, take a 2-3 min break to do some firegoat rolls, then put it on for 1 or 2 more hours (always with the break to do the rolls).

At bed time i do bed fowfers while sleeping. Those are easy and if you are used to sleeping on your side you will love them. Just stretch your cock as far as you can between your legs and let one legs preassure prevent the cock to retract. Easy 1 hour or 2 stretch.

I think thats all folks. I havent posted any update on my stats yet. I want to go to the end of the year and measure results. I know i have gained because my wife cant stand me now when she rides me on top and i definetly feel more of her inside. Thw feeling is awesome. So keep on the good work guys…
