I’ve been doing PE 2 days off 1 day on for about 4 months now taking 1 month off, and I’ve plateaued a little bit, after a while is started upping the intensity of my PE which consists of 15-20 minutes of stretching then 150-250 jelqs, I’m now seeing if anyone has any tips to break the plateau and to make better length gains.

How do you know you have reached a plateau? What do you feel?

Have you just been doing the stretches and jelq’s from the newbie routine? If so what gains have you noticed?

I’ve been doing the basic stretches and some advanced ones as well, and how would I know if I plateaued? One thing I noticed is I haven’t gained in a while

I think you just need to increase the duration and strength of the stretches.

And how much total gain did you get from just stretching?
