Questions on stretching and gaining.
I’ve been doing PE 2 days off 1 day on for about 4 months now taking 1 month off, and I’ve plateaued a little bit, after a while is started upping the intensity of my PE which consists of 15-20 minutes of stretching then 150-250 jelqs, I’m now seeing if anyone has any tips to break the plateau and to make better length gains.
