I’ve been PEing for about 1 week seriously now, recently I have noticed that my penis head has become VERY over-sensitive, if my boxers even touch it, it tingles and bothers me..
The only thing I can think of that may have caused this is using my blanket or t shirt to grip head of my penis when stretching, or maybe I stretch too hard?
Basically, my penis head feels how ur penis head would feel after havng sex 2 times, or masterbating 2 times, it is very sensitive and tingles if you touch it.
This is routine I’m doing:

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Basic Jelqing

For First 2 weeks - 300 2 Second Jelqs

After 2 weeks - 600 2 Second Jelqs

After Jelq: Warm Down

I think you are doing to much to soon. Take a few days off and begin again with the newbie routine.

Kingpole, that routine is from mattersofsize forum, it’s Doublelongdaddy’s first routine, how can I fix my penis head so it goes back to normal..

Usually if I had sex 2 times my head would feel this sensitive, now I’m just jacking off first time and if I touch head it’s so sensitive..

The only reason I use t shirt is to get better grip.

That’s the MOS newbie routine lol used it a few times myself.


Currently 6.5 NBP 5.5EG.

The “T” shirt may be rough, try something a bit more gentle. Some guys use baby powder to get a better grip.

How can I make it heal faster, and how much time should I take off?

And what was your size measurements before and after peing?

No it won’t be permanent, lay off for maybe 1-2 weeks and start again with the thunders newbie routine. There isn’t so much stretching in one set.

Maybe you could also try reducing your intensity after you get back into it.

I was 5.5”BPEL when I started over three years ago, Now I am 8”NBP not sure what my current BPEL is, but it is not much bigger than then NBP. I sometimes reach 6” girth but most of the time I hit around 5.9”. Out of respect for DLD I think his routine worked for him and for others as well. But for some a more gentle approach works good as well.

As long as you can get 100% erections when jerking off you should be fine. But as far as the sensitive glans go I would put a little Vaseline intensive care on it. Are you jelqing dry? I assume you are un-circumcised.

Neosporin ointment possibly. Until it’s no longer sensitive (adversely sensitive) to the touch, AND until you’ve done a full search on DLD here and read all the material the search brings up.

I think it’s important to point out that not everyone requires the same intensity of workout. Everyone’s body is different. Personally, if I had done a routine like what you listed my first week I would have probably been bad sore too. Hell, I don’t know that I could do that routine now.

The point being, if the routine is too intense, back off it some. It’s not a race, it’s a marathon.

Hey bro, slow down. You are on the fast track to certain injury. Do the newbie like King pole suggested and use the baby powder. It seems the material of your clothing is causing your hyper-sensitivity. This is a GRADUAL process and does not happen overnight. Be smart!
