How many rest days do you take per week?

What do you think is best?

I voted 3, 2on 1off, 2on 2off. But that is what I do when I’m doing girth work, which is what im currently doing. (Clamping).

When i do my stretching and hanging routine for length, I’ll do 5on 2off.

Usually I take at least 2, but there have been weeks that I took none, during my length campaign.

Now that I’m working on girth and my routine is more intense, I’m taking 3 sometimes 4.

I take days off based on odd sensations or weird pains and it is very random from the outside view.

I will some times go up to 6 days with no break and other times I don’t even finish more than a few hours of my ADS and call it for two days off and end up doing it all over again. I have no hard set rules about days on and days off, but I do have rules based on pain or bad sensations. I have tried many timeframes and devices so putting a hard window on it just would not work for me.
