Possible Gains? Maximizing Gains
Hey guys I wanted to start a thread to maybe help some of the brand new guys and also I am curious about some things myself.. So I wanna let anybody new know that this definitely works.. I started at about 5.75 length and with my best erections measuring 6.1.. I have been doing PE for only about 5 weeks and am very happy with these gains.. I have also gained a small amount of girth but nothing noticable as of now.. I’m doing the newbie routine with some small variations to it mainly strecthing and jelqing.. Something important to do with these length gains is to be standing up.. I started my first few weeks doing them laying down but doing them while standing makes a big difference in the amount of pressure that can be applied, putting your hips and back into it with the right posture. Also gradually increasing tension and pressure (you will figure this out as you go, as I still am).. I am going to continue the newbie routine for the next 1-3 months and then will start incorporating other things such as extender, pumping, hanging ect.. I also have a question for anybody with some experience.. I know that its different for everybody but I really badly want to hit 7” length thats about 1 more inch.. Does anybody think this is possible within 3-6 months?
