Is it possible for someone, if he’s doing EVERYTHING correct, NOT to grow?

I’m not talking about myself, it’s just a ‘theoretic’ (spelling?) question..

Or can everybody grow, like in bodybuilding, if he’s just doing it all correct?

Well, I believe that some people’s dicks can be VERY stubborn and take a long time. I don’t think anyone could fail to grow if they done things correctly and for long enough.

You would just need to keep trying different exercises. The guys that don’t notice growth for a long time still probably grow a fraction. I think that the time after a session is VITAL, you must keep your dick stretched to allow growth to occur - this is probably where some guys go wrong.

How is this possible without a stretching device?

I think it’s possible for people to not gain any size regardless of what they do. However, the other sexual benefits of doing PE exercises are reason enough to keep doing it, IMO.

I think the people who would never gain anything are a small minority.

I am not saying you are wrong SM but surely there are many different things these no gainers didn’t try… normally the guys that are slow gainers use excessive force, thus damaging the tissue and stopping growth. It’s a vicious cycle when you start to get frustrated.

PEst, how do you keep it stretched out after a workout?

Everytime you pee, you can do some stretches while kegelling. Every few hours you could use some mild heat and do some 30 second stretches e.t.c. Just don’t let you dick curl up and heal in a small state.

I never stretch.just jelg and do the hot wrap.

Stretching before a jelqing session will allow the penis to fill with more blood and hopefully raise the chance of a bigger penis :D

Yes, that’s exactly what I’m going to do :

1 hour stretching (if not too painfull, or no blue cold glans) follow by 200 jelqs.

My humble theory (although it changes every day LOL) is to first create
microtears due to stretching & then full them up with fresh blood.

The newbie routine outlines 10min of warmup stretching, so I’m sure that gains could be made without it. It seems that stretching the ligs will help more with length than jeqling alone - which I think is used primarily for increasing girth. Just start incorporating stretching into your routine now.

Hmm, yeah - thats a good point. Stretching targets the ligs to encourage growth, but jelqing stretches the insides of the penis so maybe stretching the ligs wouldn’t effect any gains made from jelqing. Two completely different ways to gain length, thanks guys - you got my mind into gear, time to research, lol.

Take it easy Jostein, make sure you use lots and lots of heat first and don’t use too much force… get used to it first.
