Post-PE stretched-recovery for Maximum Gains

New to PE here. I have been doing research on all kinds of different exercises and I must say that PE is very exciting. Love how enthusiastic the Thundersplace community is!

I noticed a lot of seasoned PE’ers mentioning that it is important to keep your unit stretched/elongated for about 1-2 hours after the PE workout. Can anyone with more experience confirm if this is important/optimal for the best gains?

Normally I’ll just leave it alone after the session and let it turtle but the concept of letting it recover in a stretched state does sound legit to me.
