Post Workout Heating and Edging
Alright, I’ve got two quick questions for those with experience:
From a lot of the threads I’ve read on here, it’s advised to use heat as much as possible during your routine (I.e. Warm up before your workout, exercise in a warm area, warm down with a hot rag, etc). From my understanding this is to help keep you “loose” and more susceptible to stretching and controlled trauma to yourself. Heating after a work out should be beneficial because it promotes more blood flow and prevents serious contracting/shrinking from happening (right?). With this in mind, should you ever try to “cool down” instead, like athletes taking an ice bath after a match? Or would that end up being more counter-productive?
Secondly, if I understand correctly that increased blood flow after a workout is beneficial, wouldn’t it also be beneficial to edge after PE (assuming you never actually orgasm)? Although some people have pointed out that masturbating/having sex after PE won’t stop you from getting gains, it certainly seems possible that the speed at which you make those gains could be inhibited. So my question is this: would it be beneficial to edge (without finishing) to keep yourself erect or at least semi-erect and thus increase healing and blood flow/prevent shrinking?
TL;DR:
(1) Should you keep your unit as warm as possible for as long as possible after a workout (always warm down, never cool down), and
(2) would edging (without ever actually ejaculating/finishing) after PE to keep yourself at least semi erect promote blood flow and faster healing/be beneficial at all?
Thanks for the help!
