Power Jelq'ing and Side Effects

I have a simple routine of 30 minutes per day with a homemade power jelq’er. And I just took a nice de-conditioning break. I’m trying to add length and I want to know if there’s anything I can add into my routine that will help with that.

I also want to know if anybody else who power jelq’s for 30 minutes or longer has side effects. I think there’s a correlation between long jelq’ing sessions and wet dreams. I don’t want to do anything to damage my penis long term I’m trying to be as safe as possible.

I had a similar opinion. I believe it is caused by prolonged states of arousal.

How did you work it out?

Hanging would be the next thing to add for length gains, can’t rave enough about the Redi-strecher in terms of ease of use, just wrap with an ace bandage to make it a bit more comfortable. But all the info you need is in the Hangers forum.

I’ve reduced my work out times. Right now I’m experimenting with the “less is more” idea to see if there is anything to it.

Like Growing28 said, you can start hanging, or you can just incorporate manual stretches (probably better to do manual stretches before starting to hang IMO).
