Power Kegels Vs Regular Kegels
I’m fairly new to PE and I had a few questions regarding the differences in Kegels. What led me here was my own desire to improve EQ from my hanging OTS routine which seems to have an effect on me. I’ve noticed my BPFSL is longer but I can’t get a decent erection to even measure my BPEL. I’m currently on a 2 day break to see if this rest will help me regain strength.
My first question is Power Kegels (doing kegels with an erection and a towel hanging over or a small bag over with weight inside) supposed to be superior than normal kegels? I know from regular weight training adding resistance can help add size and strength.
Question #2
Is Power Kegels better to do with a lightweight bag/towel or a compression hanger such as the bib ?
Question #3
If I use these I’m sure the toll on my kegels would be heavier than just doing them without resistance so soreness would accumulate easier and so would you still need to rest your kegels even though they recommend to work on your kegels 3times a day everyday?
If someone could pass down some wisdom it would be greatly appreciated.
