Pre-PE Question
I just joined the forum today and was amazed at the amount of info available, almost bordered on information overload. I’m sure this issue is probably discussed somewhere but I decided to post anyway. I’m curious which exercises work primarily on length, I’m satisfied girth-wise for now and would like to focus on length to begin with and re-evaluate later. Any info (and I’m sure there will be plenty) would be appreciated about length-centered exercises and/or techniques.
