Preforming the Kegel
Hey guys, as you might already know I am new and I am having trouble doing kegels.
I found my PC muscle quite easily but when I try to do a kegel or (tense) the PC muscle up I can only do it for a second.
It’s like I can only twitch it.
Please if anyone could tell me if this is just not possible for some people or some advice how to do it would be great!
