Probable injury to tunica albuginea I ask for opinion

Hi guys I have already asked this question on the Italian forum but no one has been able to give me explanations on what I might have. The injury I got was during a hanging+camping training session. Two days after the session I noticed a long and thin plaque that starts from the upper base of the penis and arrives near the glans, The plaque is hard and I only feel it if I take it with my fingers, it didn’t hurt much, I just felt a little bit of a burning sensation, from the outside you can’t see the plaque. (I don’t know if it’s a tunica albuginea injury or an inflamed nerve) It’s been a week, I’ve had two sexual intercourse without any discomfort and the erections are nice and hard but I still feel this kind of long and thin lump, what can it be? Can I resume with PE? Thank you in advance

I sometimes get those while hanging. I’m pretty sure they’re veins, either inflamed or thrombosed. They gt away if I quit hanging for a week or two, but they don’t seem to be a problem if I just ignore them and go about my normal PE activities.

Hello Andy

Thank you, I had also thought of something like this but I was afraid for that long penis bump, this morning in fact I touched the penis and the bump has decreased, now I am calmer and this morning in fact I resumed with a little light pumping without any discomfort or pain.

Hi AndyJ

Since you wrote me the last message I let my penis rest for a week, after a week I decided to do some exercises again, so I performed some manual stretches in the morning and everything went well, the next day I I tried hanging it and everything went well, after two days I tried tightening it again with forceps and here I felt a slight discomfort again and the nodule near the glans swelled slightly.

Now I’ve been resting for almost 2 weeks and I would like to start exercising again next week because the discomfort has disappeared again but the lump is still there (but now it’s soft and doesn’t bother me); In your opinion I should wait longer until I Does the lump disappear or could I start again with exercises that don’t cause me pain?

Thanks in advance
