Hi, guys!
It’s described in the title - I have problems getting an erection while standing and even if I get one, I lose it after a couple of seconds. I don’t have any problems getting erection while sitting or laying, and my erections are hard. I could easily cum more than 6-7 times a day with a girl or even on my own, but have to sitting/laying. I think this is due to the fact that I’ve never masturbated standing and very rarely have had sex standing as well.

First of all it causes problems while jelqing (described in my progress thread Starting seriously ) and second at all I want to be able to have good sex while standing ( but right now I don’t have a gf and regular fuck, so the solution "just practice it" won’t work). So what could I do to solve this problem? How to improve my EQ at all especially while standing?

Best solution is to get out there and do some running. Good cardio makes it easier to get an erection, I just started going back to the gym yesterday and it took so little effort to get hard later that evening.

That’s my 2 cents.

There is always the option of seeing a doctor, they may have a better explanation on what’s wrong or broken.

I don’t think I need to. I can get a rock hard erection even while standing up, but have to force it and kind a feel uncomfortable. I think that with the wanking could help, will try to masturbate standing for a month and will see.

The condition is strange and I would think, opposite of the experience of most guys. Usually, suppinated—legs apart, it is harder to get erect, and pronated—like standing up, legs together, has the effect of tightening the crux, ( i.e. slight torniquet around the base of the penis), and promotes a faster and lasting erection.

As you know, the aourtal artery feeding the legs splits above the pubic symphasis and subdivides thereafter into sub arteries that feed your dick and balls. There are actually check valves in the upper legs that prevent all the blood from staying in the lower legs while standing. (counter-acting gravity), This is pure conjecture but if the valves are not preventing properly, you could have reduced pressure above to allow an erection to maintain for long while standing. General arterial health and whatever it takes to maintain it is important—whether proper nutrition or exercise in combination. I have the same problem.. While laying on my back. I think their might be something the “training it” comment. I can get rock hard in other positions, but on my back and its instant limp noodle

The answer is simple!

Train your self doin PE, sex, masturbating while standing. If you don’t do something very little like standing and doin something else that your body is used to very often like sitting or laying.

The more you learn your body to PE or whatever you do standing, the more you master it

Heat is the key!

It sure is this way. I had a position I wanked on most the times as a teen and had big problems later on maintaining or eveng etting one in another position.
Its a mind muscle connection.

Similar concept: You can have the biggest bizeps but when you use it only for one movement you will have problems using the muscle for any other movement with precision.

Thanks a lot guys for all of your comments. I think mr.lover gave the best solution and the exact same thing I was thinking, so I will start working. This morning I masturbated standing up and didn’t have problems, so I think I will solve this problem with training.
