problem with warmup

30 min later, I tryed to get 100% erect and I got 100% in just a few seconds.
I might just have found something that works for me :)
When I do it this way my dick tells me exactly when I should quit.

I will put this clampingrutine in my rutine and try it for a while. If I can do it for a week without getting erectionproblems, then I will try to do something with jelqs(the biggest erectionkiller there is for me) to.


If you are set on doing this, at least do a warm up. It’ll help.

When I pumped in the past I pumped very very very hard. 50% of my dick was covered with blisters. I pumped as hard as the pump was able to. It felt like my dick was going to explode. When I think back I cant belive my dick did not get injured. I must have been lucky in that way.

After coming out of the pump an inch thicker, you should’ve jelqed a lot to fill all that new space with high pressure blood :D

I did not know about thundersplace then so I just tryed things on my own.

I did that but it did not help. I will never pump like that again.
