problem with warmup
I have done pretty much PE in the past with no result and now I now that I overtrained. I always got a lot of erectionproblems. now I have a new rutine. it is like this
5 min varmup ricesock
20 min stretching(a-stretch, v-stretch, z-stretch and som more)
5 min varmup(varmdown) with ricesock
I do this once in the morning and once in the evening. I have been doing this for a week now. I haven’t got any gains yet, but with this rutine I have morningwood and I can get a 100% erection exactly whenever I want so I know it is a healty rutine.
I have a 7,3 x 5,5 dick and I dont care if I never gain any lenght. the thing I want is girth. I want to change my rutine to this
5 min varmup ricesock
5 min jelqing or clamping(only using my hand as a clamp)
20 min stretching(a-stretch, v-stretch, z-stretch, DLD blasters and som more)
5 min varmup(varmdown) with ricesock
I have tryed to perform this rutine twice now but I cant do it. my problem is that I cant get an erection after the varmup. my dick gets so warm from the ricesock that it almost gets numb. I cant feel anything when I touch it and thats make i impossible for me to get an erection.
have some of you also exprerienced this problem?
what shell I do?
is it ok to do it like this instead?
