Problems after PE workouts
I’ve been PEing off and on for a year or 2 now but haven’t stuck with it. It’s seems that about a week or so into it my penis gets tired and I just can’t kegel in enough blood to jelq and it seems to shrink down a bit too. I have noticed some permanent growth and that’s why I keep trying PEing but it’s just bothersome when this happens. Does this mean I’m working out to hard to fast or am I not taking breaks when I should. Anyone have any ideas? I’m all ears!
My routine:
Warmup/Massage in the shower
3 min. 60% erect jelq
3 min. 80% erect jelq
3 min. Uli
3 min. Sadsak slinky
3 min. 60% erect jelq
3 min. 80% erect jelq
I PE 5 days on 2 days off
