So I have did PE, (20 perfect jelqs) 2 days in a row, took 3 days off, trying to get back in (seeing a really healthy looking cock than before) not going to measure or get into the little details but my cock is looking bigger even after 2 days, but that could just be erection quality and I came yesterday from a wet dream so my dick could just be excited and a whole bunch of stuff like increased libido for reasons I don’t know why. My problem is, which was exacerbated by my habits, is I am trying to do 20 or 25 jelqs now and get back into it, but my last session (the 2nd day) I literally finished my session with bubbles at the back of my cock (just because the nature of the jelq) its quite alot of pressure down on the cock (but not painful, I think I mean the motion of it, you literally have to go across those piss and semen tubes or whatever is there and along them and have an erection while doing so) but if you think about it, you have an erection and your forcing stuff out of your cock, so of course you’re going to get little bubbles of semen ( I dry jelq aswell which works for me) but my point is.. I was trying to start this by doing a little bit of semen retention too (for better results), I want to know (especially for jelqing) And pumping may be easier, but the very nature of the exercise is going across the length of your cock, I’m pretty good at controlling my PC muscles (wouldn’t say I’m an expert) but even 1 day of these exercises and on to day 2 without cumming, and doing these exercises at certain points it is hard to use those muscles to completely stop a reaction especially when you’re doing it for 2 or 3 seconds and reaching the end getting to number 17 or 19, I had to really focus myself towards the end on some), and you guys know when you lose a little bit of semen (or quite a lot at the beginning) its pretty much over and you’re going to shoot everything. This is my own fault too I’m guessing because when I PE I watch porn to make sure I get the correct erections appropriate not to hurt myself before doing the exercise. My imagination sucks ( I guess it wouldn’t if I was on day 25 of semen retention, but at that point I would also get nothing done too and would be in the bathroom all day playing with myself)

I’m literally here thinking if I do one of my jelqs (first one) got anxiety that ill bust (which is not what I’m trying to do) .so I’m simply not carrying on with my routine. Can anyone help me or give me advice to overcome this? Or is the idea of doing straight semen retention with this exercise unrealistic and you’re going to shoot at times? Just try to keep them to a minimum? Or should I just get rid of porn and thats the only way?? Thanks everyone

It sounds like there are a few obvious things.

1. You shouldn’t jelq while erect - 70-80% or so is good. Jelqing while erect is dangerous.
2. Try to take it easy at the start - your penis isn’t used to this after two days - it takes months to get conditioned safely.
3. Don’t watch porn while doing jelq’s - it’s exercise not entertainment - although fun, your goal is not to cum (as you already said).
4. I personally think porn is really bad for a number of reasons and encourage everyone to try going without it for a month. It’s not easy, but IMO it’s worth it.
