Proper stretching?

Is there a way to know if my stretching session was done in a proper way right after it? I don’t see any significant post-session length increase after doing it like I see it from jelq sessions :)

A stretch is something you feel more than see.

I pull until I get a nice tugging feeling at the base.. It’s almost uncomfortable but in no way painful. I then hold that until I feel the resistance subside, then gently increase the force. Do that for the duration of your stretch (I’m up to 2-min holds). That should work.

How long does your stretching routine lasts?

In standard routine I read they do 2 sets of 5x3 min V-stretch but I find it too difficult( I feel pain in my hands and grip is starting to loosen up).

Expand, V stretches are incredible, but very intense. You might want to start with the standard manual stretches. Here’s a link to the video if you’re not familiar. Simple Manual Stretches Video

When you work up to the V stretches, start with shorter duration. Your muscular strength will increase as needed if you build up gradually as you condition your cock.

My stretching currently consists of basic holds in 5 directions for 75s each except for downward, which I spend 2 minutes at least on. I do this 2-3 times per day. I have only been stretching about a month and am increasing duration very gradually. Planning to add more intense stretches like v stretch and side-to-side after my 2nd month.

Jelqing is controlled bruising, hence some visible increase in length and girth after Jelqing.

Stretching entails less bruising with less visible length after stretching. After a good stretch the cock can get a little colder and might want to turtle.After strechong wrapping helps, followed by a warm rice sock.

Thank you for the answers and I just wanna report,

Currently I’m doing all-direction simple streches just without downward direction because I’m just not feeling stretch enough.
So for that direction I’m doing classical BTC stretch(this stretch feels promising). I am also doing some V stretches(every second day) but I’m not sure I’m doing them in 100% correct way.

Just don’t stop doing whatever style of PE you are doing.

As time goes on it all falls into place and you change and adapt your techniques.

Keep on putting in the work.
