Protein to help build those gains?

Hi

Pretty new to the page, but this may be a silly question..

Knowing that there is a big difference between body building and penis enlargement.. I’d thought I’d just throw out the question, if we’re working out our penis (which is a muscle right?).. Then surely protein after your workout should in theory help with the building process post workout?

Sorry if I’m sounding dumb again.. But thought id ask anyway! ;)

Yes protein is important. To what extent, who knows.

I don’t find strong connection between then. PE exercises are not performed by the muscle. In addition some muscles remain unchanged - like our tongues, which are the strongest muscles relative to their size. I know plenty of guys, who have drunk a lot of protein shakes throughout the years, but none of them said to had seen penis size increase in that period of time.

I guess a good nutrition can help every body improvement we try to get.. And at least protein will certainly helps building PC/BC muscle as you kegel.

Thanks for the reply’s guys.. Guess ill just keep taking protein with my gym training.. Can’t do any harm.. And ohh yea.. I guess I should of said.. Back after a long long long time.. Lol!. Started a long time ago.. But alot happend and forgot about this place.. Thought it was defo time for a revisit! Still an awesome site!! ;)
