Pumping alone, Who can report meaningful gains?
I have a vacutech pump I got years back. I did not stick with it (6?) years ago, but am giving it another try.
My understanding is that pumping tends to add more to girth than length. I’d like both! :)
I am on an every other day 60 minute -4 pressure routine. (With a minute break every 10 minutes per instructions)
I know everyone is different, but who has gotten meaningful gains solely from pumping?
I am 6.25 in length and am striving for 7.
