It’s been a while since I’ve posted here, I gave up on anything P.E related because I just felt like I had lost interest and my mind wasn’t in the correct place either but for a while now I’ve actually been into health and trying to get myself more healthier by the day in mind and body. I also want to extend this over to my penis.

Personally, I’m not interested in hanging, clamping or jelqing. I’m fine with my penis size however I wouldn’t mind having some extra size. I’ve used pumps before but I used the ones that had no gauge on them.
Is it possible to have permanent gains from ONLY pumping? I’ve been curious and looked at pumps recently and figured out the cylinder size I would need for my penis and how tall the cylinder would have to be.

I obviously want to get something that has a pressure gauge but I have trouble understanding the numbers on the gauge, I’ve seen numbers such as 0.05, 0.08, -0.05 etc and then I see numbers such as 0, 5, 8. How do I know what Hg I am on depending on these numbers?

I know that adding size takes months to cement it and in all honest I’d love to cement a girth of 6”.
My current size at the moment (I kinda went smaller due to leaving the entire pumping thingy) is 7.5” BPEL x 5.5” MSEG and 6.5-6.8” Base Girth (depending on how aroused I feel). I know that having a good diet and also losing excess body weight does actually help with girth because it allows more blood to circulate through the penis, I remember reading that someone got 0.2” of girth from shedding excess weight unless they were lying.

I’d really love to have a pumping routine going on not to only keep my penis in good as well as increasing my EQ.
I think my routine would be something like this;
Week 1 - 1x10 minute session a day excluding weekends.
Week 2 and 3 - 1x15 minute session a day excluding weekends
Week 4 and 5 - 1x20 minute session a day excluding weekends.
Week 6 to 8 - 2x15 minute sessions a day excluding weekends
When I hit 3 months I reckon I would kick it up to 2x20 minute sessions a day excluding the weekends and at 6months I guess I can kick it up at 3x15-20 minutes if I feel like everything is working.

Last question, is it better to start pumping flaccid or start pumping when erect?

Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I gained over one inch in girth primarily as a result of pumping following a regimen as you outlined; however it took more than four years. In addition to two 20 minute sessions a day, I also pumped for 45 minutes at 4 hg once a week. I also did some manual exercises as time permitted.


Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I’ve gained girth and length from pumping alone, but the results seem to be better when combined with a light weight hanger.


Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.
