Pumping Gains
I’ve been PEing on and off for many years, and have had 0 gains. A lot of it I think I attribute to inconsistency, as I would go hard at it for 3-4 months and upon seeing no results, get discouraged. However, I have tried different things such from jelqing, to stretching, hanging, and clamping. I hung for 7 months religiously (like a lot) and the max weight I got to was 20lbs. Nothing.
It popped into my head recently that I have never tried pumping before. I don’t know why, but I always had a kind of negative view on it, like it wasn’t natural or something. Well now, I’m curious about the benefits of pumping (read:desperation) and would like to know more about it.
I wanted to ask those that have tried pumping if pumping has produced significant (over an inch over a long term period) gains for them, and if this was with only a pump/jelq technique, or with other things.
So there it is. What type of gains can I expect to get if I plan to only pump/jelq/stretch? Is it worth trying?
Goal: Any visible increase in size, so I can lay my doubts to rest.
