I’ve always wanted to know if pumping really does produce permanent girth gains without doubts, and I have to say with 100% certainty that it does. I just wanted to put some guys minds at ease. Consistent pumping is where it is at. My cock is still growing…… Go Blackhawks.

Current Stats - 5.7 BPEL x 6.5 EG

Goal - 7 x 6 (with hopefully a large flaccid hang)

I’m interested in your methods as well Clubber. I’ve been perusing the online pump market. Ditto on boner7484’s questions. What pressure/s, how long, how many reps and days on/off?

I’ve been pumping around 18 months very consistently. I pump every day. There were periods where I stopped pumping, but only for a few weeks at the most.
I like 7 Hg, it is my favorite pressure but I do go down to 5 Hg if necessary. I never pump below 5 Hg. I pump up to 10 Hg for up to 30-55 seconds frequently as well. I like to jag-off with the pressure if that makes sense while I watch porn. I don’t do this every time though. Sometimes I will pump and multi task, doing non-PE tasks, which usually gives me a lot of edema. I noticed if you can maintain an erection in the pump, you get less edema. The reason why I know pumping produces permanent gains is because my dick has been consistently at or over 6 EG hours after pumps, which hasn’t happened before. I also clamp and squeeze/bend, along with the occasional jelq, but I know pumping is causing a good amount of these girth gains. When your dick keeps steady growing, you begin to face the reality that PE does really work; I think I have finally reached that phase in my PE career, where I just know it works at a subconscious level even….which may even help with gaining more girth and length.

For Lampwick, becoming hung like a donkey was the result of a total commitment.

I wanted to mention that a big reason why I like the higher pressures is for length gains, since I never ever do manual stretches or hang. I will hang though when I hit 6.5 EG solid so I can get 9 inches. I may never get around to this but it is the plan. The reason why I refuse to hang now is because I feel if I do, it will make reaching my girth goals impossible. If you think about it I am gaining girth at a Big Girtha pace, I am not fucking around at all, and I will get my 6.5 inches of girth within the next year or so.

If any of you guys are interested in supplements, I am going to start taking a good nitric oxide stimulator, which promotes oxygen and nutrient delivery to cells. It is called Oxegen AKG. I’ve been taking it for a few days. I’m going to try to get healthy this summer and start working out again, if any one wants to joint me.

There are two schools of though with regards to pumping, one school says pump to a certain level and leave it there for the duration of your session. The other uses cycles. They will pump up to a certain point, leaves it there for between 30 seconds and 3 minutes, then releases the pressure. Then repeat the cycle as many times as they can fit into a 10 minute session.

Which method do you use? How long does each pumping session last for?

I never pump above 5 Hg for long periods of time any more. Lets say if I pump for 15 minutes: the first few minutes are usually at higher pressures around 7 Hg, then I bring the pressure down to 5 Hg once my penis is full expanded. Then I usually alternate the pressures between high and low for the rest of the session. I always listen to my penis to.

A bit hard to do though considering the ligs are situated close to the base of the penis which for me the base packs out the tube. Besides I wear an ADS for an average of 5 hours a day so I think I’m getting a pretty good balance this way.

When I began my pumping routine I used high pressures for short durations but now if I try and do the same thing I turtle up really badly.

What diameter tube are you using? Do you find you get ingrown hairs and blood blisters more easily in the area that packs out?
