Hi all -

I am new to this site and new to PE altogether. I have started with the Newbie routine and doing basic Jelqing exercises. I ordered a pump after much review. Can someone give me some tips, point me to a thread or write-up on basics for pumping exercises? I’m interested in learning more about how often I should pump, how to incorporate pumping and/or alternate pumping with Jelqing. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated!

This is a good place to start: Vacuum Pumping 101

It doesn’t talk about pressure too much, so start off with just 3inhg and after a few days and you get comfortable, use 4inhg as you max and then eventually graduate to 5inhg. You can stay at the 5inhg level for a very long time and increase your routine by just adding more continuous time in the cylinder up to 25 to 30 minutes. This process should take on the order of a month of so, so don’t rush and it you get red spots or bruising or lose erection strength, take an extra day or 2 off to heal and start again with a little less intensity.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
