Questions Specifically For You Guys Pumping
Hello, I’ve been looking into pumping and was wondering if I could get a few specific answers on a few questions !
I’ve been considering moving onto hanging pumping, right now specifically looking more for length gains as opposed to girth gains, however obviously I’d take both if they came seamlessly. I have a hanger and a pump but have been juggling with both ideas, was hoping a few of the experienced here could help me out.
1. What do you typically go for when pumping ? Length or girth?
2. Are length gains realistically possible with pumping?
3. Where’s a good 101 starter routine for someone looking to get into pumping as their next routine?
4. Is hanging plus pumping a good idea to do in tandem? Why or why not?
5. Any tips as far as hydrating / heating that are important to do with pumping I or anyone new to pumping should know about?
I have 6 months of a modified newbie routine understand my belt, ready to get into more specialised routines. I’m all ears to you guys!
Jan-26-2016 BPEL: 5.5 NBPEL: 5.2 EG: 4.6 (flacid hang 3.7, flaccid girth 4.2) ROUTINE: Cut down Newbie Routine.
Gains Aug 2016: .5 inch in BPEL / 6.0 BPEL (with good EQ), Girth went up .1cm somehow. RESEARCHING PUMPING AND HANGING TO START ASAP, OFF FOR 2 WEEKS
