Phase 2 after recovery.

Plan

Stretch in shower for 3 mins.
10 min pumping sessions 1 on 1 off.
Increase by 2 min a week for 8 weeks and then 2 weeks of rest.
Light jelqing after each session with jojoba oil.

It’s good to be back to PE it was a long 2 weeks.
BPEL 17.3 cm/ 6.8 inches, using a 1.75 cylinder.
Short term goal 18 cm. Long term goal 20 cm.

Sun on Mon off Tues on Wed off.

Good flaccid. Semi morning wood this morning.

Fat pad was a little sore from the cylinder, may start using silicone sleeve.

I lost some length from rough masterbation. Hopefully that recovers quickly.

Part of scrotum getting sucked into cylinder. The sleeve may help with this.

Good swelling in cylinder but it goes away quickly.

Kegeling throughout the week. May be over doing it.

Can kegel to semi erection. Is this common?

That’s the black belt of kegeling.

You can step down a bit with Kegels. You have more than you need.

Now comes maybe the phase where you start to focus in making long Keels too. In the 30-60 sec range. Just go easy, a BC cramp creeping towards the sphincter muscles is very painful. Had been there, don’t want to be there again.

It IS WELL possible to have overtraining symptoms in Kegels too.

I can’t kegel into a semi erection consistently, just once a day or so. I will work on the long kegels. BC cramp sounds awful.

10 min session last night, 6 min at 3 hg 4 min 4 hg. Lost some length, this may be due to arguing with wife. Got it back with post session jelqing and kegeling. Good flacid today.

Week 2

I did a 12 min session on Sunday, took 2 days off. I will do 12 min tonight. I’m going to only do 3 sessions a week. No negatives. 8 EQ. Silicone sleeve helps prevent the scrotum suck.

Good flaccid today. Throughout the day I have been pushing with my BC muscle pumping blood into my penis to 10 to 30 % erection. So it seems like I have a larger flaccid. I wonder if increased bloodflow will be beneficial and help with growth.

Going to add the 360 degree twist and stretch to my routine for girth. Can’t remember the name.

12 min sessions on Sun, Wed & Sat. Taking it easy. Taking Richard65s advice.

Week 3.

Just measured at 17 cm BPEL. I was 6 inches before I started PE. The one time I measured I was under 6 so I pushed the ruler down until I reached 6 to impress girfriend at the time. This is approximately 1.75 cm of gain. It appears I lost some length from my break. I will wait one month to measure.
Did not pump Monday breaking my schedule, just did my stretches in shower.

Pumped Tues 14 min. Good girth expansion getting closer to hitting the width of cylinder mid shaft, a little more base packing the 1.75 cylinder.

Pumped Saturday 10 min. Took 3 days off instead of 2 due to fighting with wife. No real change in girth and length expansion from last session. Stretched in shower Friday and Saturday. Trying to find the right amount of stretch for bundled stretches is tricky. Being real careful but I may get no results.

Week 4.

Monday pumped for 16 min with wife.

Added a 30 sec stretch for a total of 3 min stretching 5 directions and two 30 sec bundled stretches.

While with wife after pumping it was the biggest I’ve ever seen it.

Made the mistake of measuring Wed morning, 17 cm still, but good EQ.
