Phase 2 Pumping

Phase 2 after recovery.
Plan
Stretch in shower for 3 mins.
10 min pumping sessions 1 on 1 off.
Increase by 2 min a week for 8 weeks and then 2 weeks of rest.
Light jelqing after each session with jojoba oil.
It’s good to be back to PE it was a long 2 weeks.
BPEL 17.3 cm/ 6.8 inches, using a 1.75 cylinder.
Short term goal 18 cm. Long term goal 20 cm.
