I’ve been doing PE since last fall. I have been over training with the pump since February, long sessions with low pressure, with occasional spiking. Last Thursday I did 5, 10, 15, 10, 5 minute pumps with jelqing in between. My errect length shrank by an inch! It has recovered, but I have lost any gains I made. Now it feels like my urethra is sore, my ligs are sore, under the fat pad is sore. I took four days off did 2 5 minutes sessions last night, still sore. In my rest days I have been using a heating pad and massaging. What can I do to aid with the healing?

Try taking 2-3 weeks off before you kill your best friend. Hell it sounds like you’re trying to kill him already!

Thanks for the advice JB and DS. I’ll try a cold pack. What about the heating pad on during light pumping?

So resting and giving it time to heal properly is not an option for you!

Its very good to create expansion and inflammation. That you already achieved. Now you need rest and slow going. If you want more details you might research the IPR theory which will tell you that rest is needed after sufficient Inflammation

If you are injured, there is no “getting back into the game quicker.” There is only “healing until you’re fully healed” or “Pushing your luck to a career ending injury.”

Your penis is not a basketball star in the middle of a playoff run. Stop treating your dick like Kevin Durant and rest like he should be resting that knee instead of risking your sexual career on shaving a few days off your rest.

I missed the “!”.
I just started reading about IPR, so I should lightly pump, @ 2Hg 10 min, for a couple of weeks, then take a month off? By the time I finish reading Xeno’s thread I’ll have healed up ha. Has somebody translated his IPR theory into English? Ha.

Are there any treatment methods I can be using, as any other physical injury, ice, heat, asprin etc.

You can try ice. Don’t recommend heat. Doubt over the counter painkillers help. Rest is most vital honestly.

A little about me:

40 years old.

Married, my wife pumps once a week.

On the keto diet, I lost 30 lbs over 6 months, no exercise.

Awesome. Excellent EQ today. It looks like I recovered 3/4” of length. And my base and area around the circumcision scar and glans are tight against the walls of the 1.5” tube unpumped. Rest is working. Thank you guys for the advice.
