New Member With A Sore Member

I pumped for 5 min X2. Lost 1/4 inch on Sunday. Monday, very good morning EQ regained the 1/4 inch. Ice has helped ease some of the soreness. Will continue resting, won’t pump for the wife until better.

Pumped 5x2 min on Wed. I was down 1/3” BPEL on Thu. Back to 6” on Friday. Still at 6 today, barely fit the 1.5 cylinder base and head. Going to rest for a few days to see if more rest will give me an increase.

In my earlier days I engaged in PE with too much uncontained zeal and paid dearly with similar experiences to that at hand.

This is a marathon. Rest when you need to rest and listen to the indicators your body gives. REST.

Thanks for the advice. I am currently resting and measuring daily.

Measuring daily is a poor practice. It gears your mind for too much change. Induces error. I recommend monthly or every 6 weeks, to be honest.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

TG’s right. I’d also suggest that you try to measure the same way, and in the same circumstances every time.

Thanks, I see how errors could be a problem, creating inconsistent measurements. I’m using the cylinder to measure, I am comparing myself to my February pumped length and the scale on the cylinder. I am measuring recovery growth. I’m close to 3 weeks of rest and my length meets my February pumped mark so I believe I have actually gained half an inch. I can’t remember which IPR thread but, someone posted that you gain during rest and when you stop gaining is where one starts PE again. With the daily measuring, I feel more aware of the changes to my penis, some days shorter than others, but trending upward. Are the fluctuations in length normal? If yes I can understand why not to measure daily.

I am not qualified to give you IPR pointers. I’m only at the beginning of my second campaign.

I’m just dropping in some thoughts which can be picked up or not.

- You mentioned that you’re on a diet and lost quite a lot weight without physical training. First of all, congratulations. Second thought is: well, maybe some active measures for enhancing the blood circulation should be part of your overall body modification. I propose to think starting walking as low-impact training, the longer the better. Not running, just walking at a solid hiking speed. It will by the way support the weight loss if you are walking more than 40 minutes per set. So maybe 1-2 60-90 minutes walk per week would help. And out in the green, not on a treadmill - enjoy nature, it helps the soul too

- Pumping is mainly a passive enlargement exercise. You do jelqs too. What can be added us something I call the base Chakra massage. It’s a massage of the (well warmed up) taint, the part of the penis between anus and scrotum. Massage in long and pretty intense strikes from back to front. This should make the blood circulation of the penis better, similar to jelqing but working on the inner penis. I’m doing it between stretching and jelqing.

- Maybe a routine modification for some months could decondition or better said recondition your dick. I am a big fan on going back to basics, so maybe you think about a break of pumping a re-do linear newbie routine stretched over 3 months.

- Finally, think about Kegels. By mastering Kegels, you can not only control actively the blood pumped in your dick, it’s overall beneficial to EQ, orgasm-control and giving her new sensations by pulsing with your dick while fully penetrated. And, a big advantage of Kegel training, it’s so discrete you can do it whenever and wherever. During commuting, when reading mails in the office or even when attending a boring conference :-)

Thanks for the advice

I’m at a good weight now, but I do need to start exercising.

I would like to massage but don’t know a good technique. Striking the taint hard? What about the rest of the penis?

When I start back up I plan on doing the Avocet 101 pumping plan for 6 weeks on 3 off.

I want to do kegels but need to know how to do them properly and what is a good starter routine.

The taint massage is pretty easy. I do it between my stretching and wet jelqs. The idea is just to have better blood circulation in the ”invisible penis’ which is the part between scrotum and anus.

I warm up the taint too before stretching so all tissues are nicely warm and relaxed. Sitting laid back in a comfortable position, first you get the lube well applied to the taint. Then you start with both hands and do long strokes from the rear to the front with your fingertips.

The pressure can be quite high, but always in the comfortable zone. You massage in long, slow strokes the entire penis which is behind the scrotum. Imagine like moving blood in the penis from rear to front just with the fingertips. And do not only focus on the penis, massage the sides too. You may get partially erected at a certain point - and that’s good. First because it means you do it right, second because it helps you to feel how long your penis really is, and then it’s a good preparation for jelqing without even having to masturbate.

Do it for 5 minutes, that’s fully sufficient.

From my experience, Kegel training can be done more or less daily. Start small (like 2-3 minutes per session) and gradually raise to 10-15 minutes within a couple of weeks. I do quick (1 sec), short (10 sec),long (20 sec) and very long (50 sec) kegels, starting with short and quick ones and doing long ones only after weeks when I see I got full control over the BC muscle. And use a watch indicating seconds…

Kegel training is best when done with a high mental focus, which needs a quiet mind. But for the rest you can do it whenever and wherever, because they are “invisible’ as activity. Can even be done in public spaces. I like to do it while commuting in the train.
