New Member With A Sore Member

Over 3 weeks of rest.

Started a new pumping schedule yesterday. I am going to do a 8 min set for 5 on 2 off, using a hot pad on the 1.75 or 1.5 cylinder. Stretch for a min as a warm-up and finish with massage.

Week 2.

Going to 2x 8 min pumps, still 5 days on 2 off, 3 Hg. Stretch for a minute warmup, massage in between and after the 2nd session.

Week 3.

Stretching a couple of minutes in the shower.

Kegeling throughout the day.

Two 8 min pumping sessions at 3 to 4 hg.

Using a microwave heat mitt for hands on the cylinder.

I haven’t seen much length in cylinder increase, around 17 cm, but I am packing more of the 1.5 cylinder.

Week 4.

Last week I did 1 day on 2 off then 2 on. The last 2 days were 2x 10 min sessions.

Going to try 2x 15 or 3x 10 min sessions.

No improvements noticed from last week.

Did 2x 15 min sessions last night. Morning wood was better than usual.

Week 5.

Last week I pumped M, T, W, R, S. I took a break on Wednesday due to soreness. I have not had morning wood since Monday. This may be due to over training kegels. I’m going to cut down to 3 days a week.

I plan on pumping 2x 20 min sessions for 5 on 2 off, stretching 3 min in shower.

I think your PI are telling you to go slower. You increase pumping time roughly by 25% per week. Give your dick a chance to follow up. 25% increase per month is already a high pace!

Anb maybe step back from the 5on/2off to a 2on/2off for at least a month.

I think you’re just too eager. In PE, greed doesn’t pay but only cost.

Richard65, thanks for the advice. I agree. I only did 1 20 min pump last night due to soreness. I am going to take today off, maybe tomorrow depending on how I feel. When I was doing hour long sessions I was doing 1 on 1 off and didn’t have soreness. I got hurt when I did 5 in a row. I plan on a 3 week rest after week 6.

A warning to new pumpers, get the right size cylinder. I started with a cheap 2.5x7 got a decent 2x9, went to a 1.75x9, used that for a while, then got a 1.5 after my injury. Unfortunately, my base & head pack the 1.75 but the rest didn’t even pack the 1.5, it’s packs the sides now but not all the way around. I have been using the 1.5 to try to even out my shaft and increase length, but it really compresses my head and base. I should have started with the 1.5. Should I stick with the 1.5 or go up to 1.75, I really don’t want the base and head gaining any more until the rest catches up. I get more length stretch in the 1.75.

Almost every pumper gets a cylinder that’s too wide for their first tube. The 2.5” is the ultimate male pride sale tool. You look at a sizing guide, which the manufacturer wrote and is wrong and pick a size or two up. Cuz men. And you end up with the 2.5”. I know. I did that same thing 5 or 6 years ago. I have trouble sometimes with those tubes to this day.

If the 1.5” hurts, I won’t recommend continuing to use it. If you get a length stretch in the 1.75” you should use it because eventually you will pack the tube if all of your CC and CS are being fully inflated when you pressurize the tube.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

My erect girth at the base fills the 1.75 cylinder unpumped, that would be 5.49 girth. My head EG fills the 1.5 cylinder, which is a 4.71 girth. My shaft is around .25 smaller than the 1.5 cylinder which is 3.92. BPEL is 6.125. I don’t like having an 1.5 inch difference between my base and shaft. I now know that it is very important to use a cylinder that is slightly bigger than your erect size to get more even growth. However, my wife yelped when I went all the way in her the 5.5 girth might have been the cause. So having some 5.5 girth is better than none.

I am thinking about doing the newbie routine after my rest I am hoping that jelqing will even out my girth. Anyone know if it will work?

Jelqing should help. But it’s case by case. Every penis and male is different as are the reasons for varying girth throughout the penis. I deal with similar due to a malformed left CC.

I risk to be boring by repeating my two-days off mantra. But honestly going 1/1 is maybe a bit too intense. Try to make a 1/2 just for 1 month and see hownthinhs evolve.

So your suggesting I don’t take a break and continue with a low intensity workout?

Oh, sorry, that was not very precisely formulated:

I suggest you take a break and THEN go on with a low-intensity workout which contains always two rest days in sequence.

That’s what I meant :-)
