Pumping Before Or After Manual Stretch

Does pumping after stretching or vice versa give any additional expansion or stretch? I have an air pump with a gauge, and I like to stay 3-5 Hg, but I always pump after I do the Newbie routine. Do any experienced pumpers, pump and then stretch?

If I am going to do length work and girth work on the same day I will save all girth centric exercises until after I have performed length work.

I personally find that the expansion that takes place immediately following girth work can be resistive to the process of stretching.

I also want the increase in girth to remain expanded for the remainder of the day, the idea being to not reduce that expansion through lengthening exercises and heal in the expanded state.

However, with all that said many other will say just focus on all length work as it will be more efficient and the two processes will not interfere with each other. Once length goals are achieved, then move on to girth work.

I go through phases where I do both, this is not necessarily due to smart practice, but rather impatience on my part.

Others might have a different experience and another take on this.
