Hi all, longforschlong here.

So I finished newbie routine a while ago and modified it to suit my targets, basically I’m aiming for length at present so my routine currently consists of manual work. 5 mins warm up then sets of directional and other stretches for 10 mins focusing on ligs and general flexibility with heat in between sets. I currently do 50 dry jelqs afterwards and warm down and kegels to finish. My question Is,
Would a short pumping session before the jelqs be beneficial for aiding jelq blood flow etc. ? Does pumping mainly target length or girth as I’ve found conflicting advice?.
As time progresses I will be adding more stretches and duration of stretches but would only be using the method of pumping to aid blood flow until I would progress to girth work in the future. Any contributions at all would be appreciated 👍

I pumped for length and had good success. Buy a quality cylinder and get a hand pump with a gauge. Start slowly and keep your pressure down.

Get a thickwall cylinder. Those are specifically designed to focus on length, but they also do girth very well as well from my experience. The cylinder I am using now is a 2.25x10 inch thickwall, and so far it’s given me some length gains.

The best way to pump for length is to slowly work your continuous time in the cylinder up to 30 minutes. To do this you should start by using a low pressure of say 3 to 4”hg and after you become conditioned to this, work your way up to 5 to 6”hg.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.
