Pumping For Length?
Hi all, longforschlong here.
So I finished newbie routine a while ago and modified it to suit my targets, basically I’m aiming for length at present so my routine currently consists of manual work. 5 mins warm up then sets of directional and other stretches for 10 mins focusing on ligs and general flexibility with heat in between sets. I currently do 50 dry jelqs afterwards and warm down and kegels to finish. My question Is,
Would a short pumping session before the jelqs be beneficial for aiding jelq blood flow etc. ? Does pumping mainly target length or girth as I’ve found conflicting advice?.
As time progresses I will be adding more stretches and duration of stretches but would only be using the method of pumping to aid blood flow until I would progress to girth work in the future. Any contributions at all would be appreciated 👍
