Pumping Only

Pumping Only

Hey guys,

Normally I jelq in the shower and stretch etc,

But I’m wondering if I only pumped would I still see gains or do I really need the jelq, stretching and other exercises?

Like is it worth if I miss my manual exercises to still pump?

I’m sure everyone will around here have their own biases about routines, exercises, methods and, ect.
However, I’m a huge proponent of routine being the most important thing; i.e. consistency. You would/could without a doubt see gains from pumping only I can attest from personal experience. How efficient this may be compared to other exercises is debatable, just glace around this site for a day and see for yourself. Another main factor will be your body’s response. For me, I react great from pumping and jelqs, but never had real positve results from stretching daily.

So I’m going to end by circling back to what I said at the beginning; if the jelq routine is easy and you are consistent enough with it that you can continue doing it without issue, then I suggest that (being that you see some form of gains ‘length, girth, EQ’ over time). If you think pumping will be the best way for you to have a consistent and effective workout over a long period of time, then go for it, and the same goes for doing both.
I see a lot here, where guys get distracted by the millions of methods out there and don’t actually do any single routine effectively over long periods of time because of this. The other benefit of this will be YOU will begin to understand how your body reacts to these things and can set routines around those things for yourself. At the end of the day, almost ever routine discussed here are just as valid as they are invalid, depending on who you ask when it comes to which methods an individual should use.

Thanks! I like to switch it so sometimes I have time in the shower and sometimes I don’t. I find I can end the day well with a pump session too so it depends on time. I guess that might be best for me then!

I agree.

Once conditioned, pumping alone can lead to nice gains.

Yeah seems like it! Just stick to it for a while and try and be consistent and diligent with a good routine for a while, listen to your body and record any improvements or (hopefully nor any declines) you see. If in a few months you feel like something is missing or not working as you’d like then you can revisit and rebuild a routine from there if you really need to.

I don’t jelq, clamp, or do high force stretching and I’ve been making good, relatively stable progress without a plateau, so I think you will still gain with just pumping.

I do light pumping and light hanging.

When I restarted PE, I had a hypothesis that minimizing penis collagenization/fibrosis/toughening would allow more gains to be made over time. I felt I had taken high force exercises to their absolute limit since I couldn’t seem to gain anymore with them.

Starting: 7"bplx5.2" 2017 (shrunk from disuse)(originally 8"bplx4.5", gained to 9"bplx6")

Current: 9.0"bplx6.125" 2020

Goal: 11.5"bplx7" 2021.

If you are primarily targeting girth, pumping is a great way to gain. However, if you are also looking to gain length, manuel exercises tend to compliment a solid pumping routine. Combining the two will most likely be more effective than applying each individually.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

I switched up and stopped Jelqs and pumped only and didn’t gain for a year. But that had also come after two years of consistent gains. So maybe I was due to plateau anyway. When I went back to Jelqs and pumping I started to gain again in the fourth year. But now I’ve been on a break only doing pumping once or twice a week for maintenance and I have lost my EQ. I started back twice this week with Jelqs almost daily and my EQ has come back rapidly. So I found my magic bullet but it may be different for you. Just chiming in to share my experience.

Started 5.5 x 4.2 Feb 2015

Current 7.25 x 5.5 - 6.25 Base girth?

Goal 7.75 x 5.75?

Thanks everyone, I appreciate sharing your experiences with me, I will keep going with what I’m doing and see how I go, and add more exercises or less and see how I go.

In the very start, I’ve doing some jelqs and manual stretches, but for some reason, I started well and in a few days I completely lost my EQ.

The first time this happened, I think I was overtraining. The second time, I was being moderate and mild and even in those manner I lost my EQ.

So, even been a newbie I decides to buy a pump and started using it. On the first day, I got a little excited and put on 5 in.hg. A lot of red dots came up, and I had an EQ deficit.

I rested for 3 days and then, came back to pump, but this time being care to heat my penis and the tube and also training with a smaller vacuum (something between 1 and 2,5 in.hg)

This strategy took my EQ to heights. I am waking up with morning woods and having rock hard erections throughout the day.

Even being a newbie, I don’t regret to have bought the pump and I’m really enjoying the feeling of using it.

Greetings from Brazil.
