Pumping Questions

Pumping Questions

So I broke down a bought a pump gprent recommended last week. I got it last Thursday. I started slow, 3hg for 10 minutes, twice that day. Gradually worked up till Tuesday, 2 twenty minute sessions at 5hg. I took yesterday off and probably today. I’ve read from some people here that it’s ok to pump every day. Is this true? My penis doesn’t seem to have any negative effects at all. My morning wood wasn’t the greatest this morning, but I do feel bigger! I’m really excited because I’ve been reading so many success stories with pumping. I guess I want an idea of how much is too much?

I know I’m never going above 5hg so I know that much. But I also read the longer you stay in the pump, the better the gains. So being new to all this, if you guys could give me some routine ideas, I would really appreciate it! I’m gonna continue to do some clamping, Jelqing, & manual stretches, just not as much. Oh and I’m also gonna incorporate heat to the tube, when I can. Wish me luck and thanks!!

Gonna measure tomorrow, can’t wait!!

Two 20 minute sessions a day (morning and at night) at 5 hg, five or six days a week is whT I followed. After several months. I added a 45 minute session at 4 hg, once a week. Adding heat and pulse pumping makes the process more efficient.

Start 11/09 BPEL: 5.5", EG: 4.4"

Current. BPEL: 6:4", EG: 5.5"

Thanks! I’ll try the heat and times you recommend.

You have already reached a pretty aggressive routine very fast and you don’t want to end up going overboard by adding anything else for at least a month or two.

One thing about PE is that doing too much can completely stall your gains and even bring everything to a halt due to injury. So you don’t want to do that, although there is a pretty good chance you will experience this at least once in your PE career. (For me many times :) )

Just keep doing what you are doing and see how that progresses.

The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Hey Gprent! Thanks for responding! I ended up by the LeLuv pump you recommended to someone else last week. I’m starting at 4.875”-sometimes 5” mid girth. I got the 1.75” tube which is correct, right? I have a leftward curve, so the left side of my glans packs, as does the upper part of my shaft on the right. I should stick with this tube till I pack the whole thing, right?

I’ve been clamping for about 6 months & twice got thrombosis in the same vein. But I haven’t had any issues for about 4 months. Anyway, besides blisters, what other injuries are associated with pumping? I do get a lot darker when I come out of it. But that’s normal, right?

Sorry for all the questions, but you seem to be an expert pumper! Thanks again!

I tried a new routine today. I got this from a pumping veteran on another forum. He says to jelq before and after but I didn’t do that. I pumped slowly up to 5hG for ten minutes. Then I decreased the pressure all the way down but not enough to lose the seal. Then I milked the tube for 2 minutes (next time I’ll do this for longer) and went back up to 5hG for 10 minutes, then back down and milked the tube again, then back up to 5hG for a final ten minutes. Then I threw on a few toe shields for constriction and that was it.

I enjoyed doing it this way and will continue this protocol for the next few weeks and then add another ten minutes. The poster suggested also adding more pressure later on, going up to 7-9hG but I’m not sure I want to do that. I may try it in a few months as 7hG doesn’t feel uncomfortable to me. But from what I’ve read, high pressure is overrated, though some disagree.

Are you getting any irritation from where your glans contacts the side of the cylinder?

Getting darker skin is kind of what I suspected your were experiencing because you have really progressed too rapidly to pumping at 5inhg for two 20 minute sessions. Dark color is a sign of bruising. Ideally you should exit your pump session with a healthy skin color. So, it you want to correct that, you should take enough days off for your skin color to return to normal and then stick to several days at only 3inhg and 10 to 15 minutes as you begin a slower pace for conditioning your cock to this new experience of pumping. Then start adding more time until you get to a 20-25 minute set. After you get conditioned to that, increase your pressure to 4 for 20 minutes and then eventually 5inhg for 20 minutes. Even when you can pump safely at 5inhg, always begin your session at just 3inhg for a minute or so, then 4inhg for a couple of minutes and then your final pressure of 5inhg for the remainder. In other words, it’s best not to pump directly to your final target pressure.

Gosh I wish I had time in the mornings to do a session. I currenlty do 2 30min sessions with a few min break between each at about 4-6 pressure about 5times a week.

Ok, I will stick with 3hg for 15 minutes, twice a day for a week. Then gradually work my way up.

I did have a little minor discomfort on the left side of glans, but it didn’t last long at all. I’ve read on here somewhere, that if you stick with pumping long term (which I’m definitely doing) that it can help get rid of/help straighten my curve. Is this true?

Also, stick with this tube till I pack the whole thing, right?

Thanks again for all the advice!
