Pumping routine - Rest Days ?

For a Pumping schedule is it wise to include rest days or to stay consistent and pump everyday ?

I like an every other day schedule, but there are many combinations you can try. Probably the worst of all of them is pumping every day. Every part of your body needs time off to recuperate and heal from physical activity.

Had a growth spur with pumping 3 times per week, took weekends off.
