Hi all

Is there a train of thought on pump speed and hold times, I read the tutorials, reviewed dynamic pumping.

So far it’s wrap the penis and pump quickly to 3 and release over 10-15 mins. Or pump over 15 seconds hold for 30 seconds and release. Or pump and hold 5 mins..

Been doing the 30 seconds release at 5, can’t say I am seeing much. Roughly 20 mins 5 days a week. I have fairly good girth would like length especially flaccid. Using 2.25 cylinders from LA.

Been a month or so now.

Is this where hanging comes in ? Or change technique ?

Why not use a static pressure with constant heat?

Hmm could be an option, the constant heat is the challange, if am hiding out in the garage ;) . Any heating tips ?

Wrap the tube with a heating pad. You can plug it into the same location as the electric pump and it is much quieter.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

Pumping never did anything at all for me. I got temporarily thicker for the rest of the day, but as soon as I woke up the next morning it was all gone. Some guys swear by it. All I know is that it didn’t work for me. I suspect that if you already get rock hard 100% erections, you’ll be like me and get nothing. I think pumping can improve blood flow and expand all the little pockets in the spongy tissues allowing more blood to flow in and stay there. But If you’re already pretty much maxed out in that respect, pumping won’t do much for you.

I got an extra 3/8 to half inch permanent clamping though. I guess vacuum pressure from outside and hydraulic pressure from inside are not the same. I don’t know why but they aren’t. It seemed to me with clamping I got far higher pressures and more swelling, but without all the pumping side effects like the donut and red spots and all that. Could be just a matter of the higher pressure you can achieve a little more safely clamping. But don’t quote me on that. Keep at it awhile, but if you continue to see nothing, maybe consider a switch to clamping.

I don’t think they are either, at least this is what my experience tells me.

I find pumping to fulfill my immediate recreational needs and clamping based exercises to support my more long term goals.

However, many have reported long term gains from just pumping. I know that my experience is just my experience.

This week I have been experimenting more with pulling on the cylinder to incorporate some force/stretch on the lig, feels great.
