I have an idea for a new routine and want to get your opinion on it!

I was thinking to start pumping the penis until the max. Size, then put a cock ring on it and do some squeezing and then clamping and leave it in a EXPANDED state as long as possible so the penis tissue gets use to the new EXPANDED state. If I repeat that a lot of times per day with breaks of course, I think this could be the fastest gain routine for PE that has ever been done.

Routine example:
- pump the penis as much as possible and at the same time be careful it’s not risky for injury
- squeeze it for 5 minutes (always keep the size of the pumped penis and try to expand it with squeezes)
- after last squeeze pump it again and then keep your penis in the EXTENDED state for as much as possible with clamp or tight cock ring.

Maybe the whole routine takes around 45minutes. With 10 minutes breaks, you should do these min. 3 times. Yes it takes time but if you do that every day for 4-6 hours, I believe that you can see gains after a week or two. The goal is to keep your penis in a BIGGER state as much as possible, so the cells start to multiply and this way you cement your PE gains.

I’m doing something similar right now where I pump for 15min three times a day spreadout every 5 hours. This makes me keep the pump expansion throughout the day and even some after sleep in the morning next day. With this I hope I will eventually cement in this constantly expanded penis of mine. I also added clamped super squeezes (basically clamp hard at the bottom and then use one hand to ok grip right below the glans and use the other to grip at the base on top of the clamp then squeeze simultanously hard for that super squeeze). Hopefully I will see gains with this I can’t see how it would fail when I reach these sizes, it should cement eventually. Ill see in a month.

I’m in the same mindset. Just don’t forget the rest days that is your time for growth! Watch you PI’s your EQ it is the major indicator of being overworked.
